Weekly Energy Shifts & Updates – Mar. 20th Equinox – Mar. 27 2022
Hi Everyone!
EQUINOX time! Have you been observing yourself? Your behaviours, thoughts, attitudes and emotions? Perhaps you have been stating these out loud and finding a “RENEWED” determination and Will power to change? Ahhhh…now that sounds like an internal surge; a spark happening inside of you…doesn’t it? Let’s reflect on this important time together….shall we?
EQUINOX and the week ahead….
What does Nature teach us? We SEE and KNOW that Nature is ever-evolving and that there are very specific cycles to this growth. All Kingdoms on Earth move along with these cycles including the Animal Kingdom which instinctively responds to change. Why don’t humans? Are you listening intuitively and trusting the Governing Intelligence of Life?
Human beings tend to think that they know more about life than LIFE itself. We can find all sorts of excuses and create all sorts of defiant attitudes to NOT grow, change, and open and develop our INCREDIBLE potentials, our MINDS and our HEARTS. Why?
If you are not living WITH the flow of LIFE and the CYCLES of the human being evolving to an integration with your Spiritual Self….then you are not living. You are existing. We must listen, learn, obey, and thrive with the Love and Intelligence of Life which includes the CHANGING seasons AND the Cycles of Higher Systems within ourselves.
You ready? Of course you are! This is a wonderful time of the YEAR….renewal time!
Listening carefully within and trusting that there is a Superior Order to Life that you can draw Wise Counsel from and govern yourself by….is so important right now. Take the time to listen within during Equinox and the week ahead. (Always should listen actually)
Practical steps to take right now?
Sit in quiet meditation with a readiness and willingness to “Trust the Signs of Renewal”. Do your deep breathing…get quiet and journal. Reflect on your most significant strengths, gifts and heartfelt desires. Journal and flow your thoughts to paper.
Remember that the Universe WANTS to help you to remember all that has been invested in you for this lifetime. The Universe WANTS to guide you, love you and comfort you. Let that guidance in and Equinox week time is a perfect time to engage this commitment.
Each of you will feel more BALANCED and CONTENT when you harmonize with the ENERGY FLOWING IN this week during Equinox. It has already started !
Acknowledge both the major and minor Self Realizations as each are like a PUZZLE PIECE to what you are evolving to….the BIGGER PICTURE!
Enjoy the week ahead and remember that with any MAJOR Cyclic change like an Equinox or Solstice….comes the cascading changes right down to the colour of your socks. Meaning you will find that many PHYSICAL changes need attending to. Throw out, Recycle, Repair, Renew, Redesign and Remodel your physical world, as necessary.
