Hi Everyone!
Can you imagine the DESIGNING, PLANNING and COORDINATION….and of course perfect TIMING….that went into you being here in this life? WOW! Talk about the POWERFUL MIND of the Creator! So many moving parts and complex lines of Force; Intelligence and Love to ensure that you took your “first breath of Life” here on this planet. You must be very special and we know that we inherently wish to look after very special things we love…don’t we? Let’s look at how you are looking after yourself….let’s reflect on this together…shall we?
When we have a special task or project that we enjoy, we tend to go to great lengths to protect it and cherish the time we spend doing that. What I’d like to discuss with you now is just how special the Cosmic sees YOU; knows you.
When you invest time in yourself building up your health and well being, making sure your energy levels are good and finding ways to better yourself….there are always great benefits and dividends from that, right? Well then how come when things get tough or we are faced with challenges, the first thing we neglect is ourselves?
Oh, I have heard the many excuses for not looking after yourself like: “I’ll get to that when I feel better” or “I just need to get a few things done and THEN I’ll look after myself”. What??
You are ENERGY and when you SAVE UP your energy and build and conserve your ENERGY you are healthier, happier and stronger. You LIKE seeing yourself in the mirror and seeing the results that you can see right in your own Soul-filled eyes! Yet, when the waters get a little rough out there, you often DROP your TIME, ENERGY and EFFORT into yourself.
Let’s change that as we approach SOLSTICE…because you are going to be reviewing your ENERGY SAVINGS, your % PERCENTAGE of TIME spent investing in your COSMIC ALIGNMENT and your RETURN on INVESTMENT (ROI).

For the week ahead….make time for yourself and be sure to build up your time in meditation, deep breathing, study and Cosmic alignment. It is well worth it. Is it too late, you ask? No…it is not too late to focus on you!
Remember that in the Mind, Heart and full Essence of Love from the Divine, you are the most precious expression of Itself. Feel those Blessings and respond by honouring all that the Universe has invested in you.
