Weekly Energy Shifts & Updates – Oct 17th to Oct. 23rd, 2022
Hi Everyone!
If you feel like you have “HIT THE WALL” a few times in the last few days or even last couple of weeks and you have HAD ENOUGH of the PAIN…..then you had best HIT the BRAKE. STOP! No MORE. Time for a new ROAD; a New Path….are you ready to commit to yourself? Let’s reflect on this together but first….take a deep breath. What you need to do this week is a big step for you no matter how you wish to measure it!
Our lower bodies of physical, emotional, mental and reflective nature get out of shape very, very quickly if we do not stay on top of things. You know yourself what it is like if you step away from your gym practice, exercise routine or have a bout of illness and need to bounce back in. It’s really annoying because you have to build back up, right?
Well it is the SAME PRINCIPLE for all the other energy bodies. These Energy bodies must all CONFORM to the HIGHER SELF and all the goodness that will come from that is mind blowing AMAZING!
You KNOW how wonderful you feel when you practice your physical body exercise.
You KNOW how wonderful you feel when your emotions are stable and you have that warm, fuzzy feeling in your heart.
You KNOW how wonderful you feel when your mental faculties are sharp!
You KNOW how wonderful you feel when you have time to be creative and your intuition is spot on!
And finally, You KNOW how wonderful you feel when your Spiritual Body is bringing you waves of Energy and Love; Light and Goodness!
So folks….what’s it going to be?
STRETCH yourself! Stretch up and reach into your INNER SELF.
The week ahead gives us the rumbling, pounding sound of the DRUMS with the EARTH energy calling out for your feet to be firm upon it.
No procrastination; No painful limitations. Get started. If you have already felt your RE-BIRTH then keep it building and don’t look back.
The Universal CALLS you through your Higher SELF and you must….I repeat… you MUST TRUST yourself!
We are wrapping up a Constellation influence next weekend and moving into one that is very MIND PIERCING and will bring you all sorts of tools to manifest. That’s what you are heading into.
But first! STRETCH….open up! MAKE SPACE and for Heaven’s SAKE….stop burying your nose in the physical traps of life! It absolutely absurd that you would put your day to day focus on repetitive actions that in the end?…..will prove meaningless. All Energy BODIES must be working together like a well-oiled machine!
