Weekly Energy Shifts & Updates – August 6th to August 13th, 2023

Do you find it nice when you are touched by a supportive hand of Love and acknowledgement on your back? There’s something very comforting and confident building about it, right? Well, get ready! This Weeks Energy Shift includes a steady and increasing amount of Higher Energy support going into your own upper back and you will definitely feel more comforted and recharged!  Let’s reflect on this together….shall we?  

The Universal Divine Source and your own Soul, has very creative ways of reaching you with goodness and assurance to remind you that you are on the right track.  Keep an eye out for this and be open to receive the hand or word from another person with their smile of support for you.  It is a positive sign and acknowledgement of a “job well done” and will inspire you to continue.

During the week ahead, know that you are supported by your Soul and the Universal Divine at all times as you strive to perform your assigned tasks.  But also remember that even if you slip or fall down, the Loving Hand of your Soul sends you a boost of energy, primarily through your heart chakra at the BACK between your shoulder blades, to help you get back on your Path.  So keep this area supple with upper body stretches and techniques to drop your shoulders and relax.  You will then feel the WARM, caring and loving touch at your upper back from your Soul. 

So many people find they are TIGHT in their upper back, shoulders and neck with limited flow of energy. This restriction is most annoying, and can cause headaches and exhaustion.  Make a note to prioritize special healing techniques, stretches in yoga or at the gym where you can get your upper back and neck more open.  It will help you to circulate the energy better! 

Please note….when you have such tightness in the upper back, shoulders and neck, you will also want to check your lower back and hips as well.  Likely find the same. 

This week, there is a fair bit of emotion pushing on through you, out of your old heart centre situations because of the Soul Power coming in through the back between your shoulder blades. Know that you are purging and sloughing off the tendency to repeat the past. 

Let this go.  Let the old unhealthy entanglements that bring you emotional pain and limitation go.  This week you will have extra help to understand the root cause and complete an old cycle.  Wrap it up now. 

The SOUL within you and the connection to the Universal Divine, is building in your conscious awareness thus you may not be used to such power coming in. Let it do its job.  It is helping you to push out the old and restore ORDER. 

You are recalling a tremendous power Source that has been mostly lost to your full conscious awareness called:  Your Soul.  It WILL emanate its Love and Light down in through the back of your Heart Centre.  This is the “authentic you”. 

Weekly Energy Shift is a good one, so open up your Heart Centre BACK and front.  The BACK is where your awareness of the Will and Purpose of your LIFE through Love, will come through with great guidance from your Soul.  This is always accompanied with a deep realization of LOVE! 

We all have a Soul Purpose, but when the heart centre is blocked and the back Pathways are clogged, it is more difficult to ACCESS and FIND what you seek within you.  This week you can start to receive greater clarity.  Take time out for this.
