Weekly Energy Shifts & Updates – Dec 17th to Dec 24th, 2023

Hi Everyone!
This week is all about the Solstice Energy Shift! It is a sacred time of year so we walk softly. Remember to go inside of yourself every day before you have your “feast, presents and merriment” on Christmas Day and any other holiday celebrations that are festive in Nature. Let’s reflect on this together….shall we?

With the wrapping up of the last quarter of the 2023 cycle (Autumn Equinox to Winter Solstice) you have a lot to reflect on. The last quarter was particularly challenging as you dove into some pretty deep and old emotional details of yourself. You have emerged from that cycle all the wiser, more discerning and clear on what you wish your living space and experiences to entail. You have felt the old wounds, bruises and disappointments and have faced adversity. You have also resolved to own your strengths! You are very skilled and gifted in what the Divine has invested in you, thus have clearly chosen to honour that more and let self love take a stronger position in your life. Good!

The Energy this week is going to stretch you to expand your vision of yourself and engage you with a deeper resolve to live as you were intended to. The idea of discovering, creating and developing your Soul mandate and purpose sounds more and more appealing to you, and that is what you will be touching base with this week.

This week you are going to feel very called to go into the silence more and escape the noise. You will need this precious time to reflect and meditate. You will need the quiet to “hear” the voice of the Cosmic. While others choose to party, shop and bustle and fuss around the holiday season, you will find your Truth.

The Universe is going to immerse you in a Solar Array of Light, Colour and Love! The sound healing or music you choose to work with will also help you integrate the Solstice experience. Sing, breathe deeply, journal and meditate as often as you can this week. Why sing? Because the vibratory nature of your own voice….resounding from deep inside your Soul….will carry with it conscious guidance to the forefront of your cognitive mind. That which is inside of you will emerge…..it will come forward. Listen with your own ears to your Soul. Let it out. Let the energy move you!

There is a great emphasis on the Solar Cross this week composed of the Divine influences of Capricorn, Cancer, Aries and Libra. Specifically this week you will be very drawn to the special nature of this timeline:

• Purging of old disorder and unhealthy environments. A desire for order, rules, plans, scheduling, colour / mathematical coordination, proper distribution of tasks, respect and fairness.
  
• Love and kindness, good morals, values and business ethics practiced. Compassion and care for those who are compromised or are suffering and requiring direction. Humanitarian initiatives, inner callings and answering the call.
  
• Boundaries and disciplines, stability, health care, attention to good choices and health practices. Pampering within reason. Greater attention paid to the balance of energy spent vs exhausted within you.
  
• Inspiration, good bursts of enlightenment and ideas, direction, insights, intuition, new concepts, will power, determination and leadership. Directing energy.
  
• Analysis, forecasts, long term picture, bigger story, vision for 2024, which by the way sets the stage for what is beyond into 2025.
  
• Relationships, tenderness, partnership, working together and getting along as each person involved is to be aware of the greater good and playing “nice”.

Govern over the unruly nature and urges to be persuaded off your Path. Set your intentions each day and follow through. These are your decisions, and actions will follow where you set your mind to.

Expect gifts!!! What? That is correct! The beautiful Divine Universe will always gift you at Solstice time. You just need to sit quietly and receive. Now you see why it is especially important to have some quiet time? What Son or Daughter of the Universe doesn’t want to receive the “gifts of the Season?”

I hope that you enjoy and thoroughly participate with the Energy this week. It is extra special as the veils between the Higher and Lower planes of consciousness are thinner and we feel very close to the “God of our heart”…..whatever you wish to call that level of the Christ Consciousness….first Principle of Creation.

It is a lovely time for prayers, invocations and for petitioning the Universal Divine for help both for yourself and others. Hands on YOUR HEARTS….feel the connection.
