Weekly Energy Shifts & Updates – March 24th to March 31st, 2024
Hi Everyone!
The “WIND” is picking up now, (air element of Mind and your thinking) as our sails begin to billow out and we feel ourselves propelled forward as this CYCLE of Spring kicks into gear. Keep a strong grip on where you are going as the ENERGY can blow you around, if you are not careful. Let’s look at this powerful time together….shall we?
You will be going to bed tonight with a Full Moon in Libra (Mind, Beauty, Balance) peaking at 3 am Eastern. Already you have been feeling the interesting effects of this over the weekend, as you have been navigating through the emotional turmoil of both yourself and relationships with others. While some will be in harmony with you; others will not.
You had best tackle the week ahead with a discerning Mind that is analyzing carefully, and weighing in on the options. Balancing a Spiritually based life while living in a material world of pressure and demands, is tricky business at times.
This week, starting today, you will be listening even more intently to your Inner Self and honouring that which is to be taken up as projects and commitments that align best with your most inherent Divine nature. There is no compromise on this, because the way to BALANCE and form agreeable relationships with this world will be by governing yourself according to a set of stable principles that the Universe has designed you with. You must live according to your chosen Soul mandate.
The ENERGY pathways that you will feel being ignited as we proceed forward with this new cycle this week are:
1) Middle of your upper back (heart centre) flowing straight up to the top of your head and then back down to your sacrum/tailbone region.
2) Middle of your upper back (heart centre) and over fully to the right shoulder, arm and hand.
3) Middle of your upper back (heart centre) and over fully to your left shoulder, arm and hand.
These 3 Paths are particularly important to you…. as you are striving for, and finding, BALANCE within. You likely have already noticed quite a shift since last week, but are still finding it challenging to stay true to your inner self with all the tugging on you from the world around you. You WILL break through this!
Aries/Libra Constellations acting upon you are awakening your FIRE to move forward with ideas and your own Creative drive….but Libra is saying, “Hey….you haven’t cleared up that foundation of yours and made a viable structure yet”. So the pendulum still swings way too far from side to side and the results are frustrating.
The solution this week is clearing the foundation and the space around you and doing the old fashioned “grunt work” of building brick by brick ensuring that you feel comfortable and solid with your proposed expression of Self. Harness the WIND! Gather your thoughts and focus the MIND and WILL!
Once we pass through this week of effort and focus, there is a rewarding result on the other side of all this. That includes next weekend’s wrap up of the month of March, where you will review your efforts and measure the changes in you. You will be pleased, as you tally up the number of satisfactory gains made! (There is also ANOTHER MAJOR ENERGY SHIFT next weekend. That one may bring a tear of joy to your eye and as well, peace to your heart)
In closing, it is important to calm your nerves with deep breathing and balancing with the use of the WATER element. (Oceanfront, Lakes, rivers, baths, warm showers, water fountains or beautiful soundscapes to listen to). A walk in Nature and a special “Hello” to Mother Earth would go a long way to support your foundation.
