Sunday, December 1st marks the New Moon in Sagittarius and the ENERGY SHIFT is an expansive one! You likely have already been feeling this shift building up for a few days and you just knew that now is the time to break free from the old narrative. So much to trust right now in your own heart! Let’s reflect on this breakthrough together….shall we?
Everyone has their own experience and story to share about what is happening to them, during these magnificent more recent Energy shifts….and the surprises just keep on coming! The emotional buildup pushing against the veils between your solar plexus and heart, blocking higher awareness of Self, has been painful and frustrating to go through. The confusion and lack of clarity has been the culprit, but this is now giving way to more and more “POPS” of insight! The Energy Shifts happening have been both mild and major, taking you out of the discomfort and into a more confident stance.
No…..the Energy shifts and breakthroughs are not over yet for 2024…..they are just beginning to make sense! There is still SOLSTICE ahead on December 21st which is always a major shift for mankind. The last quarter of the year from (Equinox in September to the closing at Solstice here in December) has been an accumulation of so many Self realizations, that we all can’t wait to see the NEXT QUARTER that is blazing in the doorways ahead from Solstice to Spring Equinox in March of 2025!
This week you have to put your markers down on the MAP of your journey. Mark the TRAIL and be precise. The more clear YOU are about your daily living habits and practices towards Self Realization, the more the Universe can put some FIRE under and through you.
For physical care, turn your attention to your Thighs, Hips, Pelvic Floor, Legs/Feet and Spinal Alignment. How strong are you? How balanced do you feel? How much attention do you give to your body’s health and needs? Key words right now: BALANCE, STRENGTH, STANCE, STABILITY, DESIRE and CAPABILITY.
Let’s not forget the Divine Fire that is in each of you. Your will power and motivation is to be cranked up during this New Moon start up and directed towards “whatever it is that you need to feel stronger and more impactful. This could mean your focus shifts to yourself, your health, family, partner, business, Soul mandate or your Spiritual practice. Only YOU know what it is that is lacking stability and good grounding that requires attention.
Very practical activities you can do to build your integrated Mind, Will and Love can include:
- Power walking or a running, squats, yoga, appropriate Spinal alignments
- Simplified and precise morning routine
- Vision Boards and holding your sights on your manifestations
- Realizing how the pieces actually DO go together
- Tune out any excessive commercialism of the holiday season
- Write down your dreams, visions, ideas and incoming messages..they are important
- Dismiss the negative thought that you are stuck. Not true now, and never will be with your use of Inner Fire.
- Face your challenges and tackle your TO DO list item by item – Pace yourself
- Realize that you are now face to face with the Greatest Light of the Divine and STEP into it.
Feel the POWER rising up through the various PATHS that you have cleared away, for the PATHS are still clearing and will continue to clear under the guidance of the Divine Universe’s watchful, loving eye helping you. Universal timing brings you the best advancement with the essential learning and understanding required.
THE OLD TRASH on your PATHWAYS are RESOLVING NOW!

You know how the GARBAGE TRUCK has to make its way, winding through the neighbourhood and stopping at each driveway? Well, so too does your own Mind recognize the stops to make in order to CLEAR up your own life. STOP at each step of the way and challenge yourself. The old paradigm with pathways lined with garbage is now clearing up faster, and is going into the TRUCK that carts it away to the Great “Fires of Transmutation”. Now that is Sagittarius FIRE!
Are you feeling motivated? Do you want to make changes to your life? YES? Well now is the time to jump on in. With 21 DAYS to Solstice, this cycle gives you plenty of time to CLEAR THOSE PATHS UP! It takes dedication to task and you have to WANT to live your life differently. This has to come from YOU!
Make a commitment to yourself that you will put forth the effort to align with your Soul everyday for 21 Days as an attest to your dedication to achieving pure Love and Light embodiment.
That you promise yourself to SHOW UP at the Magical time of Solstice, having cleared whatever you can to receive the Blessings of the Season. Do the best you can and KNOW that the Universe is smiling upon you and wraps LOVE around you for all that you do in trying, no matter how great or how small. Just show up!
INTENTION is 95% of your success! What a remarkable and fascinating time we live in right now! You are going to have so many breakthroughs with the Divine Universal interfaces occurring in your life.

So if you need to take the day to immerse yourself in a hot tub, journal, go outside, organize your project “stuff” or just look around you and see the Beauty of Life in the eyes of others and nature, then let that be YOUR BEGINNING!
