Weekly Energy Shifts & Updates – Oct 22nd to Oct 29th, 2023

Hi Everyone! 

This week you are in need of sharing your feelings, expressing your needs and just letting go of that pent up old emotional tension that you have been holding inside your body.  How? Why? Let’s talk about the week ahead building up to the Full Moon in Taurus and partial Lunar Eclipse next Saturday, October 28th together….shall we? 

We often don’t realize just how impactful unexpressed emotion and thoughts are upon the health of our body. These feelings swirl around inside of us but we are not sure perhaps how to articulate them, or we worry that we will offend or upset another person if we do.  The problem with this, is that the emotional ENERGY has no where to go but to bury itself into the body accumulating in stiffness, upset and pain! 

When unexpressed emotion builds over longer periods of time we find unhealthy outlets for it and this makes you feel sad inside.  This week you will find the DESIRE and the COURAGE to make significant changes. 

Exercise, yoga, walking and dance movements, as examples, will help move the energy around and out of the body, but that doesn’t get at the root cause.  The emotional build up just comes back.  

This week we are facing a “SQUEEZE” energy shift where we  will feel that things just cannot go on any longer in a particular area of our life, where IMBALANCE is predominant.  No WAY…No MORE…not going to happen!  Right? 

Okay then!  The past efforts may have been disappointing but not this time.  Sorting through this can seem overwhelming and often we just give up trying because “no one is listening anyway”.  So what are you to do?  Reflect on your own personal options of choice such as journalling or talking to a friend or professional. Perfect week to harness this situation and step right up into it. 

This week we decide that we are not going to live in this uncomfortable way anymore and get the ball rolling in the right direction. Now is the time to curtail activity that is only feeding this imbalance.  Time to get at the root cause and go through the cycle of TRANSFORMATION into a higher expression of Self. 

Relationships with others whether intimate, social or professional must come into balance by facing the issues head on.  If you are making yourself tense or sick emotionally, physically, or mentally, then you are about to address this in the upcoming weekly energy shift! 

This week we speak to our own personal comforts and needs (Taurus) without sounding selfish or self indulgent.  We will be doing this in a balanced way, still very respectful of the other people involved.  The old belief that “this is the way life is” will no longer be a part of your vocabulary. 

It is not “okay” to live your life in the shadows of your own greatest potential. Life is full of opportunity, but you will need to respect your own needs as well as others. 

The week ahead nudges you, or should I say “pushes” you, to make sure there is balance in your relationship with people, loved ones, money, personal care, emotional and physical needs in life. Time to shuffle the deck and create a spread that truly has 4 cornerstones in the foundation that make you feel secure and inclusive. 

I love the ENERGY that this upcoming week leading to the Full Moon in Taurus offers!  It makes you accountable to yourself and your needs.  If you need to get uncomfortable FIRST before you pop through the veil of the old illusion….then So Be It!   This must be done. Just know that it will all be well worth it! 

Many of you are exploring NEW ways to express yourself out in the world at this time and this week gives you opportunity to SEE that VISION more clearly in your MIND.  What do you wish for that to look like?  Are there any uncomfortable challenges with it?  How do you intend on tackling that?  What beautiful images, designs and creative flow are you SEEING in your MIND during this stage of the new paradigm shift? 

With having shifted into a New Paradigm over the Solar Eclipse last week, you are in that last quarter of the year 2023 when you are DESIGNING and shuffling the MOVING PARTS around to harmonize with your VISION.   Enjoy this part of the experience! 

Many will celebrate this time with you as the ENERGY starts to makes its way out there into the crowd!  Remember that those of LIKE MIND and HEART will be magnetically attracted to what you have to say and what you do!
