Is the Coaching World Changing?
People want to know what’s going on with them. They have questions. They want to know about their financial situation, their entrepreneurial visions, personal life, corporate industry and their health. But there are far deeper questions emerging from clients as they move towards 2027, that often carry uncertainty of their future. Now clients are adding to their list of questions:
Who am I?
Why am I here?
What is happening to me?
What is my greater purpose?
And how do I finally get on my Path?
Mentoring has shifted and requires you to develop your skills to help your client understand themselves at multiple levels, including their need to know their own Cosmic mission in life. Whether you are helping someone with their health, their relationships, family or profession, you need to meet them where they are and identify the KEY obstacles to be cleared and the opportunities that present themselves.
Beyond Coaching: Learning to Perceive the Whole Person
The Certified Soul Path Mentor™ is training to look beyond the presenting challenge and seek deeper underlying root causes and patterns in “real time.”
Throughout the apprenticeship, you develop the capacity to recognize your client as a multi-dimensional human being — and to perceive patterns that may be influencing their present state of consciousness, choices, vitality, direction and ability to move forward.
A Different Kind of Professional Training
The Certified Soul Path Mentor™ (CSPM) is an intensive five-month professional certification and spiritual apprenticeship for those called to work with people at a deeper level of consciousness, healing, purpose and human potential.
Students learn through direct interaction, experiential training, supervised development and the accumulated wisdom of Kathy Roseborough's more than 35 years of professional practice, teaching, healing and study of the human energy system and spiritual development.
The training works with the student's awareness, energetic sensitivity, subtle energy centre response, intuitive perception and ability to recognize increasingly subtle levels of information.
Students experience personal shifts, energetic attunements, healing and spiritual initiations throughout the training.
You are not simply learning information. You are developing your own skills and remembering the gifts that are the unique expression of your own Soul Signature as a MENTOR.
Who Is This Certification For?
Certified Soul Path Mentor™ training has been created for established and emerging professionals, including:
- Life and Health Coaches
- Energy Healers and Energy Medicine Practitioners
- Professional Health and Wellness Consultants
- Yoga and Meditation Teachers
- Psychotherapists and other appropriately qualified helping professionals
- Business and Executive Coaches
- Spiritual Teachers and Mentors
- Entrepreneurs within the Health and Wellness Industry
- Individuals seeking an intensive path of personal and spiritual development
You are not replacing the professional skills you already have. You are developing the ability to perceive what you may not yet be seeing.
For those entering the Health, Wellness and Spiritual Development fields, CSPM can also provide the foundation for a new professional path as a Certified Soul Path Mentor™, with guidance in developing your practice and bringing your skills into professional service.
You do not need to currently work as a professional practitioner.
Some students will enter CSPM because they recognize that their own spiritual gifts are developing and want a disciplined, comprehensive foundation through which to understand and advance them.
Others will integrate the training into an existing profession to deepen their practice and expand the ways in which they can support their clients.
What You Will Develop
Throughout the five-month certification, you will develop professional competencies that include the ability to:
- Read your Client’s Bio-field in Real Time and Recognize Their Level of Consciousness
- Recognize the Underlying Root Cause of Obstacles and Unhealthy Influences
- Develop your Intuition, Higher Perception, Connection to Soul
- Recognize your Client’s emerging Gifts and Soul Signature
- Guide from the Spiritual Level — not from ego
- Facilitate Energy Healing in the moment
