Weekly Energy Shifts & Updates – Feb 18th to Feb 25th, 2024

Hi Everyone!

“Blah, Blah, Blah, excuses, procrastination, just waiting for this other thing to happen or another person and then for sure….you will get started.” Right? Really? How long are you going to keep telling yourself these stories? Let’s reflect on this week’s ENERGY shift together……shall we?

We are in the midst this week of shifting Constellation influences and we have a full moon in Virgo next Saturday. Whether you follow Eastern or Western astrology the fact remains you are being SQUEEZED this week during the transiting signs to get your TRUTH hat on and live a more consistently conscious life.

You will wait forever until the “cows come home” for your life to change to a Soul aligned one, if you continue to let external forces dictate your life. (Old saying that probably many of you heard your Grandma say!) OR you can do something about it.

No mincing of words here: This week you will continue to be in the grips of discomfort unless you choose to shift to the incredible Energy that has been pouring in. Trust your intuition and listen to that internal guidance. Start to rearrange yourself by using the MANUAL gears instead of being on AUTO PILOT. You can then shift up or down according to what your internal needs are. The Cosmic is offering you PLENTY of incoming trajectories of ENERGY!

Whether you need to shift UP to pursue a project or shift DOWN to de-stress, you may find it helpful to: get out in Nature, enjoy a Sound bath, yoga, hike, deep breathing and meditation, change your diet, go to bed earlier, listen to an encouraging voice, or simply sit down and be quiet.

It may be that you need to get together with others of like mind and get your STRUCTURE changed. After all, Spring is coming soon and your BUSINESS or your own HOME NEST needs to be planned out.

This week the Energy is calling for an overhaul and a lot has to do with very obvious physical and emotional choices. This cleansing time is practical in nature, and will have you making some firm decisions.

Let’s go back to what IS in your control. We know your everyday food and drink choices are. We know your personal preferences and pursuit of good health is definitely under your control. We know that your own MIND is under your control and that you can CHOOSE to disengage from unhealthy interactions and ENGAGE in positive thoughts and activities. There is plenty that is under your control and much more that we haven’t even touched on yet.

So…..WHY do you choose not to? Why is it so hard to change? Because the power to change is locked up inside of you and you have forgotten that the KEY is in your pocket to open up the doors to the true Self. You need a big PUSH and the Cosmic will deliver on that.

It is amazing what you would do to survive if someone yelled FIRE and you had to get out of a burning building. You would get up and MOVE out fast, right? Well right now in your life the Cosmic is yelling at you “FIRE” and it is your time to get moving.

Time to save yourself from this ongoing unhappy situation you find yourself in whether it be of a physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual nature and do WHATEVER it takes to get started on healing yourself and enjoying a BETTER life that is rich in LOVE and GOODNESS. Why? Because that is what you deserve to have and the clock is ticking.

Officially, the Equinox (March 19/20 depending on time zone) and huge Solar Eclipse across North America (April 8th) energy shifts are still several weeks away but your preparation time is underway now. What does that mean?

Let’s put it this way. It is far easier for you to handle an ocean wave at the beach shore with both feet planted firmly….right? Well consider this week a good time to start balancing yourself as there are some big waves coming in. Each one designed to lift you up to a higher awareness of your true Self. Each one WASHING away the old paradigm more and more. Each one is a GIFT from the Cosmic.

With such gifts ahead of us….wouldn’t it be nice to be your best dressed self ready to receive? After all….it is always an honour and incredible opportunity for advancement during the rebirth of Spring!
