Weekly Energy Shifts & Updates – Jan 17th to Jan 23rd, 2022
HI Everyone!
Feelings of volatility, vulnerability and a NEED to express yourself is accentuated this week as we interact with the influences of the Full Moon in Cancer. As a matter of fact, the “cracking” of the veils within you has already started and it’s best not to fight the outflow and healing you are going through. Why? These are “designed” by the Universal Cycles and as always….the Universe has a reason for all that it does to help you unlock the buried emotions and misguided false beliefs you carry. Let’s reflect on this together now…shall we?
You: “I hurt inside…but it just comes out with tears, anger, segments of thought”…sounds so irrational.
Higher Guidance: “Why?”
You: “It’s been in there for so long and I have so much to say! I feel the pain of so many years of experiences from my life and I kept it inside. No one hears me…they don’t understand”
Higher Guidance: “Try….try to write it out or speak with someone you can trust”. Otherwise it will affect your health, your heart, skin, your digestion, your sleep. It’s good to let it out and then do a meditation to bring stability; alignment and comfort.” Seek insight and it will come.
You: “I’m not good at that….what if it doesn’t work?”
Higher Guidance: “It will work….intention is 95% of the success….the rest is the natural healing flow of Life”
You: Okay…I’ll try….whew….life is hard sometimes.
Higher Guidance: “Yes…but there is Love and….yes…this is all part of the Universal healing plan for you”.
The energy this week is a gift; a window of opportunity where you can release during this full moon a lot of that which has been challenging your life for so long. It is very healthy to take the cover off the hidden, old, darker, hurting and negative feelings that drag down your worth and ability to live a peaceful existence. When you get those channels open….beautiful things begin to happen.
Human beings are quite fragile and sensitive….. yes…but we also have a hard shell that we often forget to BIRTH and TRANSFORM from. Cracking that shell and letting yourself step out of the old shell to live more harmoniously with Life and with your Greater Gifts is exactly what the Universe has in store for us.
You can get a good handle on your life when you open up and make space.
Who’s ready to “break out of their shell” ? Let’s let go of the pain and disturbances that challenge us so that we can move forward!
When you do this….CLARITY ON HOW TO MOVE FORWARD and create NEW pathways will develop!
Remember that when you meditate and align after writing or speaking up….use that DEEP breathing technique to fulfill an even greater integration with the Universal All.
Enjoy the week ahead…and use your tools to unlock your gifts that are hidden behind the pain. Sometimes those gifts of Self Realization don’t happen right away…but they will come to you as they should because that is the Law of Life.
