Weekly Spiritual Energy Shifts & Updates – March 15th to March 22nd, 2026

EQUINOX is occurring this Friday, March 20th at 10:46 am. (ET). How does this influence you? The shift at Equinox is much more than just a physical change of seasons…it signals a significant shift in direction that you are taking this year on your Soul journey. Let’s reflect on this together….shall we?

Life is sacred and precious. Mother Earth is WAKING humanity up by stirring our internal clock. Your body is going to go through significant changes via your hormones (endocrine glands) and nerve system. Your VITALITY is ready to gear up so that you will have a healthy vehicle for the next leg of your souls journey. Your body is your vehicle.

Mother Earth is waking up Her “kingdoms” as Her resources go through a re-birth, just as they do each and every Equinox cycle. Life on the planet begins to move into a New Cycle which we should all be grateful for.

We are to shed the old now, put things away that need to be used in another cycle, purge the HOUSE of those things that are no longer of service to you, and start thinking about how the environment you live in should reflect the direction you are going.

You may not have clarity on such things as: your new colours, designs, vibrations, ideas, creative pieces, materializations, intellectual study, schedule and details for personal health and spiritual practice, but you had BEST get yourself dialled-in, and ATTUNED to find those answers. BRING these things to the FOREFRONT of your Mind. Make them a priority, a cognitive responsibility, an intentional thought. No more “wait and see”…UGH ! It is your mental obligation to your life now.

If you really take the time and effort to THINK about your life….by giving yourself QUIET TIME this week to REFLECT.…then you will find the cosmic cycle we are in, that includes a New Moon in Pisces and the Equinox, will be super charged and favourable for you.

Any less effort or dilution of time spent on your part this week…. results in a mediocre response for you. Either you wake up and ATTEND to the sacredness of this cycle each day….or you don’t. That’s your choice. Excuses are only for you. Not anyone else and certainly not for you to tell your own Soul. Be brave now and bold! The Cosmic is here to help you to take charge of your life journey!

Just like Mother Earth is waking up the physical world, the DIVINE COSMIC ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS are waking you up at Equinox in a different way. It is a time when our thoughts, attitudes, and behaviours can shift so much that we marvel at how our life starts changing.

This is a time when your concerted efforts to BE in alignment with the Soul, the EQUINOX stillness and the Oneness of the All at the fulcrum, results in exponentially greater return for you. SUCH A GIFT!

Expect a GIFT at Equinox. This may come in the form of a shift in awareness, unlocking of your own skills, personal enlightenment and the levelling up to a whole new paradigm. The more you are engaged with your own Divine Light and Love…through your Heart, Mind and Willpower…the more you will be in AWE of how beautiful Life really is and FEEL the new consciousness.

The equinox is like an alarm clock going off, signalling a directive to wake up to SOMETHING. What is this something? It is that which is specific to YOU now being unveiled and called out. You have an early sense that there is something very special, very sacred and precious about your life, than you previously thought. That is correct…..as you are a child of the Universe.

We ALL get a glimpse of our Higher Self to a greater or lesser degree at Equinox depending on where your consciousness is at. We ALL get a nudging, an inspiring insight, idea, urge for change and a call to press the action button from deep within us. Do we answer this ALARM CLOCK? Or hit the SNOOZE button?

Expect the Equinox March 20th to have direct impact on you for approximately 3 days before and 3 days after. So starting on the 17th of March and moving on to the 23rd of March, the malleability of the interactions between your ego personality and your Spiritual Self level will be quite profound. This is perfect for you, as you will engage and LEARN, grow and SHIFT to a new level of Self Awareness. You are undergoing the old “chisel and hammer” effect upon your ego-personality, sculpted towards a new design.

This doesn’t necessarily mean that you will see an “outward manifestation” of your life changes occur at the snap of the fingers…right away. What this does mean is that the INNER gifts, skills, awareness and shift in consciousness absolutely WILL be different and you will feel it. Be patient.

You change from WITHIN first during this period of time…and then you will begin to see accelerating manifestation begin to take place in your life going forward.

You are going to be planting a LOT of SEEDS….”seed thoughts” that is, and throughout this time period like any good farmer, you don’t just walk away…. you will be tending to them daily.

You are starting a very diligent cycle of care for yourself (health and well being on multiple levels of consciousness including physical, emotional, mental and spiritual) as well as the SEEDS that you plant into your environment; your world including your family, personal and professional life…are YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Be a good farmer and look after your SEED THOUGHTS.

Everything that you are creating must go through a rigorous testing of the potential CAUSE and EFFECT that your thoughts…your own SEED THOUGHTS have on the collective whole. No more random, short sighted, outbursts of thoughts. What you put into this world is your own measure of Spiritual intent. Remember garbage in…garbage out. Pearls of Wisdom in….beautiful overflowing abundance of Love and Light outward.

Quite the week ahead. Lots more to talk about in the ensuing week. For now…start with the immediate. Get yourself out of bed and get attuned to LIFE. The harmonics, the vibrations, the frequencies of your own true nature of Self await you! No dullness here…only Beauty, Transformation and Truth!
