Weekly Spiritual Energy Shifts & Updates – March 29th to April 5th, 2026

I was reflecting on how deep to go with this forecast due to the fact that it is such a profound time of ENERGY SHIFTING for us….all this week…and peaking next Sunday! You are going to feel deep inside of you, the need to set your feet firmly in the new paradigm. Let’s reflect on this together….shall we?

If you suddenly feel very magnetically drawn to your Prayers, to Nature, and Spiritual Practices this week, more so than normal…..perhaps this will give you some insight….read on:

Regardless of your religious or spiritual beliefs, there are UNIVERSAL ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS that will be stirring and changing each of us across the world that we should not ignore. Be steadfast in your pursuit of Truth in your life and bring your MIND to the forefront to magnify the circumstances that surround you for further analysis. You are clearing the manifestation of your own OLD thoughts from the past. What you created in the PAST has manifested now in ways that are not making you particularly happy…..right? Well this goes back several hundred years in your log book.

It is like the CAUSE and EFFECT of your own life to-date from your decisions, belief patterns and actions taken from the past, when your weaknesses ruled and strengths were limited….often by others including family and environment. But now? TIME FOR THE MAJOR SHIFT. You are “honing in on the discomforts” and going to mince them up, break it all down and clear it from your personal habits and re-cycling patterns. GONE!

You’ve had enough and you are going to be restoring yourself more fittingly into your new paradigm and language of your Higher Mind. The LION in you is rising, the FIRE in you is rising and the MIND in you is stabilizing and balancing your overwrought emotions and/or subdued complacency to do nothing. Now you are cooking!

Whether you have been too active or inactive, will be for you to decide, as the PINK FULL MOON in Libra kicks into action this week, harmonizing with the ARIES – LIBRA “AXIS” that is so focused on fuelling humanity right now with CHANGE. Very good change…after the Tower crumbles removing the old.

Living your life with imbalance in any area, be it in your physical eating, exercise, emotional relationships, family interactions, mental pursuits, unhealthy speaking, professional ambition or lack of spiritual practices…..WILL be in your face this week and it is for you to FACE, acknowledge…and correct!

Many Worthy Masters from the volumes of Spiritual Teachings has TOLD us that the day will come when we must face with courage, the transformation of our ruling ego personality to our Divinity. Strong jaw, eyes and face forward to look deeply into what you are out of alignment with in your life….then SURRENDER to your Higher Self. Through LOVE and REFLECTION and alignment with Inner Universal Laws…this will now change.

Starting today, you are going to find this unusual URGE to drive forth your WILL POWER, unlock your limitations, surrender to the Divine within you, and STOP FIGHTING WITH THE PLAN that the Universe has for you. This old paradigm story is so exhausting to live! You can almost hear your own inner Self saying to you….NO MORE!

Now what about the ENERGY SHIFT you ask? Well…let me tell you that the clearing and ENDING of old ways this week is thoroughly supported and driven by, the COSMIC and your own SOUL.

You will be taking your troubles, sorrows and suffering to the Divine HEART and Divine Light over the week ahead, lamenting and releasing, supported by a DIVINE FORCE that you have probably never felt rise in you before. Take a deep breath and realize that you are speaking to the GOD of your own Heart, the Divine Universal ONE within you and coming clean with yourself about your old ways, making some incredible decisions about your life and feeling the FIRE and RESTART of being lifted up into a new feeling that you will be amazed at.

That’s YOU! That is the REAL YOU that has sprung forth with the power of your own Being.

Practically speaking now? You are loosening the GRIP that the material world has had on you. The old fighting, and excessive pursuit of the illusion…will be dissipating now. You are waking up to the reality and TRUTH that what you have been led to belief in many different aspects of your life has been false.

As you dis-entangle yourself from the narrative, you are freeing yourself to trust that which comes from within you….from your own SOUL. No one on Earth has the right to dictate to you their narrative when the real Truth is found within.

You are going to start to bring a huge shift to the BALANCE of your life. We have gone on for aeons of time, deepening our entanglement into the Earth and being ruled by our thirst for power for, primarily, the mountain of material “stuff” including money.

The Earth is happy to bring to you Her resources as YOU pursue your Soul purpose, mandate and the task of alleviating yourself from this legendary ancestral mindset. The lineage of your Soul family is about to change….starting with you! How exciting is that?

When you are liberated from the suffering that is keeping you so worried, chronically sick and tired, you will begin to have MORE TIME for peaceful integration to Higher levels of Self awareness. Your CREATIVITY surges, your JOY returns to you and your MIND becomes balanced.

You will be living in your new paradigm.

The TEACHINGS of the Universal Christ consciousness, is the same for us all. Liberating ourselves off the “wheel of Karma”, arising OUT of the sorrow and suffering as is the long standing case, and actively embodying love, forgiveness, thus healing our multiple-dimensional wounds and fragmentations that we have carried.

This week is a very decision making week of you. You KNOW that you were not designed for a life of suffering and human isolation, so you are accepting now, today, the FATE and the DIVINE PLAN that was written for you by your CREATOR.

In Summary, you can expect this week:

• The need to deliberate and deeply analyze what is in your life that is making you feel frightened, sick, overwhelmed, hesitant, weak, and/or JUST DOESN’T FEEL RIGHT.

• The impulse and motivation to FACE these things that are BLOCKING your Celestial Journey and Return to Divine integration. You will write, speak and courageously challenge yourself to pick up on the history of this wound in you that is repetitively rearing its head up for you to face.

• The acknowledgement of your greatest strengths that you can really FEEL and know deep inside of you that CALLS for you to know the REAL you. The Universe INVESTED in you these qualities that are for you to use…..so use them.

• A very big shift this coming Friday, when the Universal Divine is going to re-enter your life in expanded ways giving you tremendous insight about yourself. Stay connected with the Divine through meditation, journalling and reflection.

• To feel the letting go and the sloughing OFF of the old, very FIXED ways that nailed you down into matter, literally burying yourself in THINGS that were really of no great significance.

• To experience many, many moments of great INNER PEACE as you feel the body begin to return to the ALIGNMENT that was always intended for you in the first place.

• A liberation of the old to the NEW through a SPIRITUAL INITIATION on Sunday that will set you into place at a new order of Self through LIGHT and LOVE that is very, very DEEP in your heart centre…front and back between your shoulder blades.

• A COSMIC ENERGY WAVE PATTERN flowing into your FOREHEAD, crown and heart. This is unique to you that unleashes a deeper understanding of who you are and why you are born.

• Many other things that are special to you on your own Journey around the SUN and up into the STATE of Divine Oneness.

Let’s SAY GOODBYE to the old collapsing world of consciousness and it’s limitations and HELLO to the new! Be very attentive, observant and reflective this week. Spend time in the quiet and listen carefully to your Higher Mind, your intuition and your Heart. It tells you the TRUTH.
