Weekly Spiritual Energy Shifts & Updates – May 10th to May 17th, 2026

The most natural, inherent thoughts should find their way to the surface of your mind this week, as you crave even more for a peaceful life that is healthy, wholesome, safe and secure. With that type of foundation you can springboard into anything, right? Your imagination and creativity will feel unlimited and everything that you believed when as innocent as a child….can become your reality. Time to harness that POWERFUL Soul realization now. Let’s reflect on this together…shall we?

The ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS, that continue to move in their cyclic patterns weaving through your day and night, are drawing your FOCUS towards a resilient “TAURUS the BULL LIKE POWER” that says YES to the “GIFTS of the EARTH and SPIRIT” and a resounding NO to excessive artificial, isolating systems of low energy/no energy communication with others. Say “NO” to energy stealing lifestyles. Blah!

It’s no wonder that the growing TREND on social media for the Millennials and older Generation Z’s is the searching for, and acquiring of, various ways to experience those less complicated days of the 1990’s and early 2000’s. They are wanting to break free from the overwhelm of being perfect and instead have some stability like it was in the simpler days of living. Heck…that’s what many older people want too!

It has been shared with me that the M’s and Z’s are posting pictures of themselves enjoying the old video games on the big CRT style TVS’, the big head phones, CD’s and digital cameras, rebelling against the constant craziness associated with high tech stress and keeping up with AI.

And what about the older generations? Shouldn’t we be making it less stressful for each ensuing generation rather than more complicated, stressful and fearful? With all this talk of “AI replacing human jobs, AI smarter than humans, AI organizing your love life with Apps, your body size, your diet, your daily routines and your thoughts”.…Holy CROW…it’s no wonder they are digging their heels in and wanting to escape to something familiar that felt good.

The COSMIC ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS from the Sun, the Constellation Taurus, the CENTRAL alignments that go deeper than can be described in this brief discourse….all flow in this week in an effort to “Pull you into a Reality Check” that is about the nature of your own SOUL. Are you tuning into AI and the propaganda associated with it so much that you are forgetting who you are and what you came into this world to be? Perhaps you haven’t even had a chance yet to find out who you really are…..then here comes AI stealing away that moment of enlightenment from you.

AI is not an enemy in itself…but the USE of it can be. Don’t you think that the HIGHER forms of Life will have something to say about all of this AI nonsense? Perhaps Mother Earth’s Intelligence, the Cosmic Intelligence or the Universal Divine One Itself has a word or two to say about all this?

Here we are celebrating in many nations, Mother’s Day today and yet I would ask if anyone is actually connecting with Mother Earth? After all, she DID provide the material for your body, its intelligence and its inherently Divine connection to the Universal One. Perhaps we could show a little bit of gratitude and love to Her for that?

People talk about materialization of their physical needs. They beg, pray, visualize, hope, dream and fight for all these things that they want: money, cars, luxury this and that, houses, etc. ALL of the material items that are craved for must come from Mother Earth…again emphasis on your “MOTHER” Earth. M O T H E R E A R T H !

“Wanting” can be fine if paired with “Giving”. So perhaps the real STABILITY that is sought by all human beings, can now begin to return to the planet and be infused into humanity’s ways of thinking this week..starting right now…..today with the action of GIVING, REFLECTING, GRATITUDE. How? By tuning into the Teachings of the Divine Mother through the insightful lessons taught to us by the ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS via Taurus.

These lessons of love are:

• Open your Heart and Mind and attune to the Beautiful presence of Mother Nature.

• Give thanks for the plentiful bounty of the Earth and She will share that with you as any Mother would.

• Seek and find what YOU came to do in this life and do it with motivation and a deepening desire to serve the Divine.

• Mother will give you all that you need for safety and comfort in your earthly needs as you stay true to yourself. Don’t be fooled by the images you see of the over-the-top rich people…they lack Soul connection as they have not yet learned the sacred mysteries of life. Your powerful Soul Connection is real, very valuable to YOU and resourceful for all your needs to be fulfilled here on Earth.

• Watch for aggression and selfishness, that it finds NO place in your life. Take care to see that the needs of your Brothers and Sisters in life are met as well. Not just blood brothers and sisters either…..the family of humans.

• Keep it real. The material items and natural ways of life, living harmoniously with life itself, will bring you far greater joy than any AI intelligence can. Enjoy relationships with the Kingdoms: The trees, the waters, the skies filled with sunshine and radiant life force, the animals, the lands….all of it.

• Don’t bury yourself in excessiveness of material items. You can’t take it with you. You will have to give it back. Unhealthy attachments make for difficult celestial journeying of your Soul. Everything in balance and nothing to excess. Be a custodian of your material items only.

• To the older people…be generous with your love, time and patience for the younger generations. They have it rough. They have been shot out into a world of so much artificial illusion and deception. They are lost and need to have a solid foundation of love and security. Yes..from there they can create and grow…but they need HOPE.

This is an amazing time for us all to PAUSE for a moment and come to appreciate what is RIGHT UNDER YOUR FEET…..The Planet…Mother EARTH. Give thanks and appreciate this: The STAR constellation Taurus is here this month to TEACH you about material living and life on Earth. It is to help you realize that you are not just a physical body/human alone…but a VAST ENERGY BEING of Higher Intelligence.

Remember that you are capable of dreaming, visualizing, creating and materializing BEAUTIFUL expressions of your inherent Inner Soul…let’s use this wisely. It’s far better than any AI conjured up story that seeks to dominate life here on this planet via misaligned humans for their own unnatural reasons.

Maybe the Millennials and Gen Z’s are onto something. Maybe they are very smart by rebelling the overwhelming, crazy world of excessive data collecting, monitoring, corruptive and unstable monetary systems, and unpredictable health of the planet and food systems. Maybe we can all learn to unwind a bit and transform our days into something simpler that brings mental and spiritual peace.

Enjoy the week ahead…you have the power to create a better life when aligned with your Soul.
