Weekly Spiritual Energy Shifts & Updates – July 27th to August 3rd, 2025

Hi Everyone!

The Cosmic Energy Wave Patterns speak to your heart this week causing you to SHUT DOWN those things in your life that behave as “energy stealers” that drain you. Those emotional ties that keep you locked up in your past habits and behaviours are simply unacceptable to you. Let’s reflect on this together….shall we?

Give yourself a 21 day start to really immerse yourself in at least ONE chosen new behaviour. Let’s look at some examples that you will need to REFLECT upon and ACT upon without excessive emotional noise, especially July 27th to July 30th.

• If you see an area in your life where your money is being wasted on something that really does not bring value into your life….then drop that. Check those “little stealers” too.

• If you see a relationship that you have been engaging in with a person that is not really creating a fair and positive exchange with you, then see what lesson you are to learn and make a decision.

• If you see that you are not creating boundaries within your personal space or workplace and feel taken advantage of because you are “too nice”, then reflect on the lesson here and make a decision.

• If you are feeling the vitality and energy you know you should be accumulating at this time of the year, then look at the areas where you are EXCEEDING energy being spent and lost, and cut it back. Make a decision.

• If you are not appreciated enough and feel taken advantage of in personal or professional situations, reflect on that and make a decision.

This is a week where you take the energy from your “furnace container” in your lower body in the physical, emotional, intellectual/and floating pool of ideas….and focus on bringing those powers UP towards the heart centre and beyond…integrating them into the deeper mental and creative assets in the throat centres for expression.

It is a work in progress, so test yourself with at least ONE specific challenge that you have. Remember that YOU are the Master within, and YOU are in charge of creating and living your life according to a much Higher purpose.

BIG PICTURE: Don’t try to “fit in”

The uniqueness of your individuated expression of the Divine is so incredibly beautiful and radiant that the last thing you want to do, is let that radiance get trapped and stuck under the suppression of the false identities that we create down here in the lower world of the mass consciousness…. just to fit in.

The abhorrent nature of such suppression upon your Divinity, will continue, if left unchecked. It is going to be YOU this week that will begin to cut off those “let’s make sure I please everyone” types of attitudes and presentations in order to be accepted. Think about Self-Acceptance first.

Do you see how I am asking you to lean into your throat Centre of expression and bring the FIRES UP to create a different world to live in for yourself? 🙂

If you are do not like something about your life, then break it down into manageable pieces and start to make the changes. This is 2025 and we are well underway! This last half of the calendar year is such an incredible time to be alive. Stay focused on bettering yourself; for the Higher and Greater Good of your internal, and soon to manifest, external personal Mastership!

Now remember one thing….and this is where you are to do some deep reflection. Don’t say “YES” or “NO” without reflection. You are to use your DISCERNMENT. If you say yes or no out of stubbornness, resistance to change or a bad attitude like a toddler….then you are not grasping the COSMIC ENERGY WAVE PATTERN this week. You understand that….right?

We are stimulating the THROAT centre of expression…..not fuelling the emotional control and overwhelm of the lower emotional level of consciousness.

The FIRES of self empowerment will rise UP to meet with the MIND of the Divine!

This is a great week ahead…so enjoy. It takes some navigation, but I am sure you will enjoy the challenge!
