Weekly Spiritual Energy Shifts & Updates – Sept. 28th to Oct. 5th, 2025

The Energy Wave Patterns this week are really zeroing in on everyone’s HEART CENTRE….big time. You will see this in the greater world around us, close to home and in the significant feelings you are experiencing in your own chest. Let’s reflect on this together….shall we?

When you strip away the lights, the noise, the money chasing, flashy cars and clothes…what are we left with? Each one of us are Souls of varying degrees of Light expression on this planet….searching…. and trying to figure out what the heck we are supposed to do each day, week and year. Right?

I remember when I was a young teenager and my Dad said to me, “Life is a Singular Purpose” at a time when I was having challenges navigating my unregulated emotions and feeling a bit lost. But knowing who he was, I know that he left out the extension of this statement purposely so that I would not get overwhelmed. Yes…in our early years we tend to focus on who WE are FIRST…but then at some point in time, it all starts to BLEND. Things start working more in tandem. He died when I was 28 years old but he did help me to harness my focus on how to develop my skills. I smile now when I think how frustrated I was with him, when he only taught me what I could intellectually handle in spite of my demands to know so much more!

We continuously develop who WE are, while sharing the Love of our Heart and growing knowledge of MIND, with those who seek it.

We are not an “island unto ourselves” but are actually a part of a wonderful…rather extraordinary…Divine emanation of our Creator. Life moves forward in stages of development and understanding. At some point in our lives, we DO realize that we must always look for our participation in the greater scope of things. We must look for our service to the Greater Good…the benefit for “all involved.”

I am sure this has happened many times in your own life as well, when you know you need to really focus on just who YOU are, and then you can lock the pieces together as to just how you are impacting the Greater whole. I needed to hear those words when they were spoken to me. But now, as I have grown to an age of maturity, I truly have been Blessed to know how each day; each week and year…how I consciously contribute to the Greater Good. A long way still to go but a good foothold, I would say!

This week you will find yourself bumping into opportunities to make decisions about yourself, your life and which direction is best for YOU. You absolutely MUST go into review of them all in order to really understand the most you can at this stage of your life about just “who you are and why you were born”.

As this week unfolds, allow yourself to really explore the true identity of your Soul expression.

You were not randomly thrown down here on Earth to wander aimlessly. You are a very important piece of the very BIG picture of the Universal Divine. Your role in this life and your conscious awakening to it, is key to all of our wellbeing on this planet.

What each one of us does impact upon everyone else in some way. It may not be so obvious to you right now, but that is the Truth. You can only imagine right now how powerful we are as a human family when we work together to live at the level of HEART CONSCIOUSNESS. Yes…it does seem painfully slow at times, but we are making some strides in ways that are not always clear.

As the week unfolds ahead, notice for yourself, how the Divine Universe is placing opportunities in front of you where you will be reflecting on just how your choices will impact others. For those of you building businesses, be sure to keep a close watch on the “long term impact and consequences” of everything that you are building into your business.

The COSMIC ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS this week are sweeping you up into the Love of the HEART CENTRE….where you will find comfort, nudging, reassurance and yes….strength for what is to come. Keep it real….Keep it grounded and absolutely Keep it all focused on both yourself and the Greater Good.

As the Equinox blasted us off towards the Heart Centre last week, we have been pushed right into a time where your false identities created by your generational lines, your growing up and environment, PLUS your past personal lineage as a Soul, are ALL rearing up and demanding your attention. Whew! Big stuff!

You will be starting to sort this out and discern where the false narratives and stories come from that impact your worth, value and ability to make decisions. As you push HEART forward and MIND forward, you will gain the clarity this realm so generously shares with you.

You’ve been pushed up here into the Heart Centre energy for a reason and as uncomfortable as it can be, it will also be the most rewarding as you embrace the Christ consciousness of your own Inner true Self.

Have a great week ahead and pay strict attention to your HEALTH needs. Look after yourself by adhering to just what your body, emotions, mental and spiritual needs are.
