Weekly Spiritual Energy Shifts & Updates – December 14th to December 21st, 2025

Hi Everyone!

Take a DEEP breath! There are 7 days to Solstice and it’s coming in like a whirlwind, already insisting that we show up at the table in a clean and mannerly way! ENERGY Cleansing that is! If you feel yourself going through purification….read on. Let’s reflect on this illustrious and sacred week ahead together….shall we?

The ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS this week that will move you through the New Moon on December 19th, right into the SOLSTICE on the 21st, are vibrant, crossing in grid-like patterns of Golden Yellow/White Light with high impact upon your thoughts, and deeply mining and sifting through your heart, upper back, shoulders, neck and throat. That’s just for starters!

There is an emotional and mental cleanse going on right across the week ahead. I’m not going to mince words. Your old patterns and residual fragments are all up for an overhaul this week and thru SOLSTICE, as YOU decide whether you are going to insist on carrying on as you did before….or change into a more Self-Realized Soul. That’s for you to decide. You have a Soul mission to fulfill on this planet and now is the time, more than ever, to pick up that mission.

The Sagittarius “ARROW” is pointed at 3 major pathways of entrance to your HEART. This week the New Moon in Sagittarius, accompanied by the Bow and Arrow, is making sure that you align with the SOUL’S WILL and not with your old resistance to change.

If you truly wish to be authentic and live out through your heart centre in full power, then you will stop resisting the Divine Will and let go, allowing the directives from your own SOUL to take precedence.

The last CYCLE of 2025 is wrapping up next SUNDAY and is a DOOZY!

By the time you reach the peripheral of this CYCLE that is ENDING (on about the 25th of December), you are going to be going through the wringer-washer, looking at your Past, Present and Future, with the help of the 3 Christmas Solstice Angels, AND making some MAJOR decisions that may or may not come easy to you.

Take this solemn occasion and deeply fulfilling heart-centred time very seriously, because it is not about eating, drinking and dancing. This is the time when you begin to enter into a shimmering, vibrant and higher vibrational transition phase of your life. Now THAT is something that you WILL celebrate. But not quite yet. You have some clearing to do before you receive your “gifts of Solstice.”

You will be working your way through a number of memories and reflections over the week, determining just what you need to “takeaway” from it all. You will be looking for the lessons learned, and those that are still not making sense to you yet. The passage into the next station of Light within you comes with some adjustments, and for some of you, major changes.

So when does the good “stuff” happen, you may be asking? At SOLSTICE you will be receiving one or more GIFTS. They can start coming in anytime during the week leading up to Solstice, and they can be felt arriving in your conscious awareness for several days after.

You WILL RECEIVE a GIFT at SOLSTICE! That’s the BEAUTY of this time cycle!

Everyone will receive a GIFT at Solstice…some of you will receive several. The GIFTS that you receive will be obvious in some ways…and CAN be very subtle as well. These gifts are composed of incredible moments of CONNECTION, Self realization and enlightenment. They are SHIFTS in your consciousness that take you to a new level of life and a deeper understanding of who you really are.

I call this time of year “miraculous”, as just like the BIRTH of the Christ consciousness story as told across many cultures, religions and legendary writings, we are readying ourselves for a deeper and more profound spiritual change within. Expect CHANGE, as a Brighter Light of a Divine Nature is settling into humanity’s consciousness yet once again.

This week you are making sure that your personal container is ready to receive and it would be wise to pay close attention to the SIGNS and SYMBOLS that cross your path. Try also to stay above the noise and the excessive merriment. Too much drowns out and blocks off the clarity of your own Sacred engagement with the Cosmic.

• Get out into Nature and be with the REAL Kingdoms
• Light a candle, incense or other sacred ritual that you enjoy and meditate
• Move the body with stretching, exercise or whatever type of movement is suitable to you and get the old stagnant energy out.
• Feel the changing pressures at the MAJOR and Minor centres of the body especially the heart and inner eye area at the forehead.
• Read sacred writings and speak your prayers from your heart with intention…take your time.
• Have a nice Sea Salt bath for 20 minutes to clear your aura
• Breathe deeply consciously and keep the lungs clear
• Connect with the Soul; the DIVINE daily.
• KNOW that you are a child of the Universe, and you can never be left out of this sacred time.
• KNOW that you are extraordinarily powerful and that which you put your mind to will manifest.
• Be MINDFUL of your thoughts, words and deeds
• Stay clear of unpleasant surroundings and noise
