Weekly Spiritual Energy Shifts & Updates – June 21st to June 28th, 2026

Hi Everyone!

Solstice time!  We start off our week Sunday, June 21st peaking at the longest day of the year in the northern hemisphere and the shortest day in the southern hemisphere. Truly a heart engaging time for us all wherever you live!  Let’s reflect together on the ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS that will be of benefit to you at this time….shall we? 

We all love the Solstice time in our own special way because the Cosmic “gifts” us with profound Self Realizations that prompts an outpouring of gratitude from our hearts in return. “How does one receive their gift, you may ask?”  “ahh…now that is the perfect question!”

We receive our Solstice gift when we least expect it, however, it is certainly wise to enter into a period of silence in meditation to sit aligned with your “still point” and be ONE with the Divine.   Sitting in the quiet with an open mind and an open heart is best. 

Perhaps you find that it is too difficult to sit in the quiet and prefer to walk in Nature or sit by a river or lake. Then if that is what you like to do, then make sure you do that.  There is no right or wrong way to engage in the COSMIC ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS over the Solstice time.  You can enhance your experience by acknowledging Solstice and taking up the time honoured tradition of giving your TIME and ENERGY to the Divine One. 

You probably have something on your mind that you have been dealing with, or desiring to create something new in your life, or perhaps you have a burden that you carry on your heart.  Whatever your particular need is, the Divine KNOWS.  This is a time when the closeness between you and the God of your Heart…just got even closer!  How? 

The veils of falsely perceived separation between you and your soul; you and your Divine One, become exceptionally thinner during the Solstice and Equinox times.  It is as if you have “better reception”. 

Improved COMMUNICATION is not measured at this time by quantity, or words…but more so by the quality of the engagement you make.  When you have an INTENTION to “be” with the Divine Creator…the response is an equal and opposite force creating a Cosmic Attunement.  What a beautiful time for you to share a sacred moment where there is no distraction…only heart to heart; mind to mind communication. 

Your Cosmic Attunement at Solstice is further enhanced by the forces that are at play during the Solstice time.  Like what?  Well we have special heart Centre interactions with all LIFE…. with bountiful healing ENERGY outpouring during Solstice.  

Those in need of prayers, love, healing, counsel and Wisdom, will further benefit from the Archangel Raphael…the pure Angelic One who presides over humanity as the governing Healing Angel.  Solstice is a time when very deep healing takes place and your fractured experiences can become whole.  

Many often report experiences of what felt like a miraculous turnaround in their life, often with healing and their natural desires being directed towards fulfillment. 

We were told back on May 30/31, 2026 at “Turning Point” that we were on a trajectory of purging and corrections for 21 days that would sort out the many lifelong “missed” nexus connection points that fell flat or never materialized.  Well now we have been clearing for 21 days and I’m sure you have been feeling the difference between the HIGHER and LOWER engagements of late.  When you are on a HIGHER level …you know it…and when you fall off to the LOWER….boy….do you know that too… Right? 

Well now you should start to feel the re-integration where the “fall” is not there…just the ascension.  If there is any sidestepping or back paddling…..it is very minor until you solidify your understanding and enlightenment of the matter at hand. 

Now to summarize….this week is special: 

• You are to really lean into the receiving of the Solstice Gifts. 

• You are to recognize the 2 worlds that are becoming increasingly obvious.  In the Lower one….the pattern is on replay and you do not choose that. In the Higher world which you are now choosing, you do not see negative programming. Done!

• You are to acknowledge the profound healing that is happening to you and let your own mind and heart follow the details and instructions given to you during reflection time.  Choose the Wisdom and follow the Teachings.  These may come to you in some very unusual ways. How?  Perhaps a dream, a book, a conversation, or a “pop up out of nowhere experience!”

• You are to take full advantage of the blossoming Solar Energy that is present at this time and breathe it all the way into your body.  Keep your receiving container CLEAN.  Keep your vibration high by creating a sacred environment for at least 3 days after Solstice. 

• You also will do very well by acknowledging and writing down the STATE of consciousness that you recognize to be the TRUE YOU…and then make a mental note of the old you that is not the Master Soul Personality but an old version of your ego personality.  Let the ego transform…lead out with your newly recognized Soul infused personality. 

Let’s remember to HONOUR our natural skills and talents that the Divine Universal ONE has Blessed you with at birth.  You came into this world with certain tendencies and inclinations which have developed into powerful attributes.  Please do not turn your back on those now.  Bring them out to your fullest as they are the MAJOR CLUES as to why you are born and what your Soul Mandate is. 

Note:  To those over 55….Does your Soul Mandate suddenly STOP at retirement age?  Heck no! Now that you can be considered a Wise Elder, your stored knowledge and experience is even more sought out by those in need.  Your soul mandate is not a job…it’s a way of living….it’s what you do. 

I hope that each and every one of you enjoy a beautiful Solstice time and may “Peace Profound” be highlighted in your life each and everyday henceforth.
