Weekly Spiritual Energy Shifts & Updates – July 5th to July 12th, 2026

Hi Everyone!

How are you managing the “shadows of doubt” that you are being hit with these days? How about the biggest story we tell one another? Which one is that you ask? Why it’s the line, “Nothing ever seems to change…same old; same old.” Woah! If you are still being caught in that LOOP of thinking, then it’s time we doubled down on some reflection together…..shall we?

Your life is in perpetual motion, cycles of change and on-going opportunities for advancement of consciousness. It is designed by Creator in such a way that we can actually WATCH ourselves change our consciousness. In other words, we can become “conscious of consciousness”. So how can anyone sit back and complain that “nothing ever changes” in their lives? If they are experiencing the illusion of a world that they live in where nothing changes…..then they need to have another look at the way they THINK and the reasons for “feeling” STUCK.

MIND is so powerful, that when we align our thoughts with the flowing intelligence of Divine Mind and Creation, we can be swept up into the realms of Higher Thinking and expansive consciousness, reclaiming our ability to create. Take a look, for example, at the mythological stories left for us to read and study, that outline our paths to having command over the elements, the Kingdoms, and the lower consciousness here on earth. Human beings must start to see themselves beyond the body of the flesh they occupy, and see themselves as very capable Spiritual Beings using their own minds in the various ways we have been told throughout the ancient stories and texts….aligned with God consciousness. However, let’s move on.

This week you are going to likely say, “oh…here we are…just another week”. I ask you then, “how are you going to do things differently? How are you going to THINK and REFLECT differently? How are you going to create your life according to your own Soul’s plan?”

We can choose to blame our life struggles on this incident and that incident, or we can pick up the art of living by responsibly recreating our lives according to the instructions that have been handed down over time….that which is left to us to learn, to study, to apply and to be disciplined in. The beauty of it all? These instructions are found right inside of you waiting to be opened.

You are not a victim of some Universal “glitch” that somehow forgot you. You can never be forgotten. It is time for you to charge up your battery (cellular energy cells throughout your entire brain and body) and start firing up the cylinders of your energy centres.

When you invest in yourself, you gain tremendous benefits. You are to keep up a daily practice of this. So many people attend a retreat or a presentation and get all hyped up about what they have done, get their batteries charged…and then they go home and let the “car” (your body) sit in the garage for awhile with minimal driving. This means, that you drop back into your old patterns where the “same old; same old” starts to become the daily life again, until the next retreat or presentation.

The ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS do NOT stop flowing from the centre of the Divine All. Why do you stop?

The Cosmic spiralling out-breath and in-breathe is continuous and every evolving, ever-turning and ever-loving with so many different facets of expressive manifestations, that I would never even suggest that I could know them all! Fascinating isn’t it?

Where your mind is focused, energy shall surely follow. Where you put your thoughts, so shall you be. In the exploration of your life and your journey of expansive consciousness, you have the JOY, the absolute JOY of knowing more about yourself each and every day. You can begin to SEE how the illusions of limitations that you fell for, are instantly broken through by the power of your MIND awareness.

Given the influences of the Cosmic right now and the ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS delivering such energy intelligent characteristics of life through your: COMMUNICATION, Self-Care, Nurturing, Health, Relationships, Home, foundation and money…..the best place to put your time and energy would be in focusing on these areas of your life. Sound too general? Okay, then let’s bring it down even further to a more personalized application.

• Identify where communication seems to be ridged, broken, or weak between yourself and others, yourself and your needs, and yourself and the Higher Soul connection. Start to clean this up. If the LINES of ENERGY or we call LINES of FORCE are weak, you are going to have a very difficult time materializing your life mandate and purpose, or truly enjoying your daily living. Write, speak, reflect, be clear on what is going on inside of your Creative MIND and how you wish to live your life. Remember you are not changing another person, you are changing yourself.

• Your health and well-being? Who’s responsible for your health? You are. If you need care, then you go and find that care. If you need to change your diet, drink more water or get off of sugar or addictive substances….then find out how to do that. This is not someone else’s fault or problem that you are in the health you are in. You will be exploring the depth and root cause of what is materializing in you to feel unwell. Guaranteed it goes far beyond the extra chocolate bar. Start looking at the emotional and mental belief patterns that are controlling you. Time to pick up your spiritual path and open up new paths towards your personal enlightenment for surely physical healing will follow.

• Foundation, home and money? Be practical, logical and determined to live your life according to your Soul mandate. Your money will flow to you when you are living in accordance with the MANDATE written by your own Soul; the Divine. Follow your soul mandate, put extra effort into it with a focused mind. It is time for you to stop looking through the lens of your fractured version of the rewards that you believe you should be receiving from the Universe in some entitled way. The Universe knows exactly how to return the powers, circulate the energy and manifest the Divine expression of Creation. Be in alignment with who you are and the materialization of this shows itself. Keep your MIND on the job at hand and the goal.

• If you don’t know who you are then set out on your celestial journey to find out. The tools are offered through various ways and means by many methods of Soul reintegration. Your enlightenment moments will become the “norm” and this redundant, bored and overwhelmed same old; same old attitude and conversation will soon disappear.

Back to the “shadows of doubt” that you have been facing of late. Good for you! You are purging the old shadows, misalignments, and thoughts from the fragmented ego mind. You are releasing them. You are allowing them to rise to the surface of your awareness and you are taking notice. Seize the day! Carpe Diem. Perfect time to face the shadows of illusion.

If you let the shadows of illusion win, they will have a heyday with you causing you worry and stresses that you don’t need to keep carrying around with you. Continue to allow them come up for examination and transformation, thus bringing you a new chapter in your life to explore deeper and to grow in Soul reintegration.

Enjoy the week ahead. It’s a continuation of you personally chuckling a bit at yourself when you realize that you got “tricked” again by those old thought forms, smiling at yourself when you realize just how beautiful you really are, and standing tall with confidence as you appreciate through your newly unveiled Self Worth, the incredible gifts that our Divine Creator invested in you! Use those gifts now and stop letting things “out there” try to diminish them. FOCUS !
