Weekly Spiritual Energy Shifts & Updates – July 19th to July 26th, 2026

Hi Everyone!

Well here we are…in a very unique position with regard to the influential Energy Wave Patterns (July 18th to July 22nd), wondering just HOW they will impact you personally. What is all the excitement about? What is all the noise about the current astrological hype and the spiritual opportunities that we are told are going to take place? Let’s reflect on this together….shall we?

We are not looking for “dramatic” here….we are looking inward towards SELF REALIZATIONS. Over the last few days…and intensifying each day going forward (today is Sunday, July 19th) the Universal energy intelligence that flow in waves and cycles, are engaging your thoughts and influencing you positively towards thinking in more pure and sublime ways in order to bring your clarity about your life.

What is your Soul trying to tell you? It is trying to guide your intellect and your reflections towards your highest and greatest potentials. How? Through dreams, really unusual signs, and outright spiritual forces that are trying to help you to block out distractions and look towards advancement of your spiritual journey.

Your intellectual mind WILL play tricks on you, as it is filled with limiting beliefs and thought patterns that you have carried throughout your life. The news, social media and propaganda will feed into your doubts, illusions and vulnerabilities and that is why you are to pay attention to the GIFT this cycle brings instead. What is that? THE GREATER MIND access that sparks in you some incredible self realizations.

The Astrological patterns that are being talked about by Astrologers, are planetary and stellar influences that seek to GUIDE you to your Higher Mind and SOUL awareness. However…it CAN become a tug of war within you. You start to doubt, when in fact you should TRUST. STEP NUMBER ONE: The NOISE must be removed.

There is so much NOISE from “this person and that expert”….that the number ONE solution and backbone of all life that you should turn to, will always be to your own inner instructions found in the schematic of Creation. Trust within.

• Trust your Higher Mind and Intuition that you receive guidance from when in your quiet reflection and meditation.

• Trust your own observations of yourself. If you find yourself confused and getting overwhelmed by everything being said to you “out there”….then time for your own research, study and reflection. Do not trust AI to guide your life. That’s ridiculous. Since when do we turn to artificial intelligence to guide our lives? There is a MASTER within you.

• For aeons of time, humanity has been offered access to solve their life challenges and tribulations from the Universal Divine through MIND and LOVE. Some rapidly programmed computer sure as heck is not going to come along and upset the Rules of the Universe by teaching you about life.

• Trust in the Inner Schematic of Creation which is based on PRINCIPLES and Universal LAWS. The latest fad, trend or gimmick will not help you during these unusual times of ASCENSION.

• Ascension is a PERSONAL journey and has a MAP. Learn the way.

• This cycle is VERY important because you are going to be reflecting on your mental health. You are going to wonder if you are “okay”. Leaving the old paradigm of thinking which literally raised you all your life and entering a new realm of MIND is going to feel a little strange….yes. Observe yourself going through the changes to new thought patterns. Recognize the differences between the mental limitations that cause suffering, and the relief of Higher MIND access which spells relief as TRUTH reveals itself to you and elevates your daily thoughts bringing joyful inner peace.

• Observing the lower mind and unruly games of different tactics being played out on humanity for profit and control are nothing new really. Right now you are getting stronger and moving beyond the games, so you are now just more aware. This helps you to choose differently.

• The mystical and spiritual shift that we are in is a beautiful gift from the Divine. This time cycle gives you cause to just listen quietly within and realize that when the noise in your head is turned off, and things are slowed down…you actually have time to think and reflect.

• Take advantage of this time cycle as it will reset you with greater strength. You are not going crazy, you are advancing in your celestial journey. Turn off the “in your face” stuff. Just turn it off. Get out of the patterns of being sucked into staring aimlessly at low vibe television shows, dumb videos clips loosely defined as entertainment and violent/horror movies. Stay out of the crowds and choose natural over artificial “forced” fun just to fit in.

• This is a very special time and the acceleration is happening to you through very subtle means. You will just begin to stop doing things that have been crushing you. This is a real wake up call.

• Have a good look, a long reflective look on what brought you to this point in time, and you will see that there are certain things that are just not supposed to be happening in your life. This is the cycle where you find new expressions of living your life.

There are many things we could talk about for the week ahead, but it is a very personal thing to each of you. Where your own consciousness is at, determines just WHERE this ENERGY WAVE PATTERN will impact you the most.

You will be making changes in one area predominantly in your life: relationships, professional choices, living area, health issues…etc. That depends upon where you are observing your life to be out of order.

The ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS that we just shifted under are really STRONG and HELPFUL. If you would just turn OFF the noise and sit quietly and journal, reflect, meditate or go out into Nature….you will find out what they are here to help you with.

Your SOUL is trying to communicate with you. Often this comes in images, inspirations, enlightening moments and very obvious signs. Abide by the guidance as it is your own TRUTH LINE.
