Weekly Spiritual Energy Shifts & Updates – September 6th to September 13th, 2026

Put your things down now, turn off the distractions, get out of your busy head for a moment and listen up. We have just entered into a position with the Virgo Constellation that is going to give a strong boost to you this week as we reach the New Moon by late Thursday night into early Friday morning. It’s already underway now. Let’s reflect on this together….shall we?

REFLECT and BREATHE….ease the excessive mind chatter, anxiousness, and even bewilderment for a moment, and take a look at what is really going on. VIRGO is the Mother Constellation in so many ways…sharing this honour with a few other star groups of course, but this week She is going to keep you beholden to some Cosmic Organization.

Things are going to start coming together for you and making good sense…but you need to breathe. You need to not become overly excited with so much whirling around inside of you…but instead, draw the STAR and DIVINE energy offering in with your breath slowly and purposefully. It is this week that we move across a new threshold into a new level of personal wonderment.

When VIRGO calls you forward into her midst and says “drop your things at the door and come into the peacefulness and stillness of knowing….filling up your cup with the pure Light and Love of the Divine”….you had best go get it! Mother knows best!

You don’t need fireworks and rocket flares this week…though the tremendous POWER is there….what you do need to do is REFLECT about how you are going to organize yourself into this new alignment. As you go into this mode of pure receiving…it is going to be the most beautiful, SMOOTH healing and extension of yourself into multi-dimensional “aha”s and enlightenment.

ENGAGE…and sense the Sacred Mother Earth beneath your feet. Breathe your way up into the POWER of the Light within you, and then let it seep on down into all the crevices and spaces that have been missing it for so long. Being bathed by the Universal Divine Light is going to take you one step further this week during the NEW MOON in Virgo.

RAINBOW PORTAL….this LENS is open and you are already feeling it, as it started to stir on Saturday (yesterday) as we finally got off the really rough week we went through where you were clearing the excess and drawing your MIND to focus on what was really important to you…your Soul Mission in life and your personal HEALING. It was a great crossing that took place last week as you moved a lot of debris out so that clarity and “pings” of insight could occur.

HEALING….let’s talk about this. Starting this week you are going to have super support coming in. A COSMIC ENERGY WAVE PATTERN has begun to flow in that is carrying the Vital life force amplified and suited to clearing your old thought patterns that have been CLOGGING UP your subtle body energy centres and meridians. UGH ! Let the washing tide of Light come through…thank you. When these clog, they slow down and impair your ability to convert energy and revitalize you. (and several other levels of engagements you require as well are shutoff when in disrepair or veiled off)

MOTHER VIRGO loves to Heal you….and your health and well-being is on Her AGENDA. This is a week where you don’t want to be distracted in the mundane world but instead, have a keen daily presence in your spiritual practice, breathing, nature and being around people that think like you do.

Stay in the flow this week and cultivate friendships and engagements with those of like MIND. What are you doing, what are you reading, studying, learning, and practicing? Really….What are you doing? Building, strolling along the surface or waiting? This is something that you had best answer to yourself please.

If you are doing the “squirrel or goldfish” thing where you bounce around without intention…this is not a good choice…okay? This week needs you to be strong of mind…but…very open in reflection and engagement with the Divine. TRUTH lives right behind that RAINBOW PORTAL and you want to be consciously lined up and ready to receive that RAY of Light and Love.

I know….you are going to get all excited about the possibilities…and you should be. BUT…I am reminding you that we are just coming into another cycle of remembering ourselves and the power we have. We don’t wish to go off flailing that newly found power around here and there without some deeper contemplation. All right? Level it out nicely into the prepared chalice. What prepared chalice you ask?

Oh…so we had best review the preparation of the chalice! As we are about to receive deeper WAVES of Energy from the intensified luminous expression from the VIRGO constellation, you are to be listening carefully and looking at your old patterns that are to be released to make space in the chalice for the incoming energy.

Check on old patterns and habits that entangle you into stubbornness, old self worth belief streams, fear, fabrication of situations in the illusion we are entangled in, repeating and karmic circles, and victim mode. These are just a few of the examples of what may come up. Are they the real you? Of course not.

The chalice (physical, emotional and mental/intuitive) is undergoing some intense preparations right now for not only this week’s New Moon…but for EQUINOX …that is soon to arrive. (September 22nd). For those of you having birthdays during the month of September, you are recognizing that you are emerging from what will seem like a very small perimeter box of limitation that you are delighted to be out of. Out of the box. You now see what excessive intellect and over-analyzing can do to you? Ugh…puts you into very deceptive limitations. (see last week’s note on the deceptions of the intellect). Now that old stuff is leaving.

This RELEASE is happening for everyone, and is especially obvious to those who are taking the time to acknowledge their accelerated awakening. Being aware and observant of just how you are emerging from the CHRYSALIS is important (see newsletter on the Chrysalis 2 weeks ago starting August 23rd Virgo)

Let’s get back to what you can expect to start shifting this week. HEALING is a big one. This is much more instantaneous. You feel and think poorly about something and then you pause with reflections…. and recognize that you have been doing that for years and you choose to stop doing that. Period. Done. If you are thinking out of alignment then you are the one that needs to correct it.

If you are retorting as reading this…. that your thoughts couldn’t possibly be the reason for the suffering you are having because it must be coming from your environment and other people and experiences….I say no. You are certainly not responsible for the world, but you are responsible for yourself.

You have the power to change your thoughts and live on a new frequency and higher vibration creating a whole new world of experience for yourself.

You start changing the way you think and stop blaming your life on the unconscious state of humanity, and you have a way up and out of your situation. Yes..the collective state IS fallen and IS moving slowly towards correcting that. But, YOU can move at a much faster rate towards Soul reintegration, if you so choose. This is the week to choose and open to LOVE that heals. You need that love and deserve to be loved.

This week, it is YOUR choice at how much ENERGY of Light and LOVE you wish to absorb and how your acceleration of Spiritual consciousness is going to move up. AMOUNT OF EFFORT IN = AMOUNT OF RESULTS OUT.

This is all very mathematically balanced and is multi-directional. When you do your practice in a balanced and integrated way with your developing chalice you will, not only remember, but HOLD and reintegrate that which you are intended to. Feel that at your forehead energy centre!

Move with the shifting TIDE of this COSMIC ENERGY WAVE PATTERN and begin to experience the joy that comes with it. You can’t control what others choose or do not choose to engage with while on your journey…but you can harness that which you are uniquely and Divinely guided to do for your own Cosmic Mission and Journey of life.
