Weekly Spiritual Energy Shifts & Updates – September 13th to September 20th, 2026

Hi Everyone!

How are you doing? I mean really doing? It can be quite challenging with all that you are juggling in your life right now…and it’s important that we learn to listen within and trust our ability to walk the paths “right out” of the overwhelm in the lower mundane world of consciousness. VIRGO Mother is particularly important right now in our lives to guide us in the right direction while offering caring and comfort to you. Her presence is particularly active right now in our lives…why? Let’s reflect on this together….shall we?

DIVINE Mother guides us to alignment with MIND; through ORDER and Universal Law.

The month of September has been famously rearranged and distorted to have us running “hither and yon” to get our life “things” done, as we can feel that the last quarter of the year is quickly approaching. Equinox September 22nd marks the beginning of the last quarter of 2026 ending at December Solstice on the 21st. What does all this have to do with our health? How does stress and juggling a million things impact us physically, mentally and emotionally? Not to mention our digestive system as we are eating on the run and usually just stuffing something in our mouths that will take the edge off.

Divine Mother says NO. This is not normal…this is NOT the rhythm and Plan that the Universal Divine Creator laid out for you before you were born. Far from it. Modern day mankind has falsely created this cesspool of disharmonious energy waves, crashing into each other, making for some difficult navigation. Enough already. This is how people get sick. Your energy bodies become totally out of alignment by the adverse intrusions from the misaligned masses, who I’m sure, do not wish to be living like this either!

You will say…but HOW? How are we supposed to manage this while at the same time chase that material “prize” we are apparently supposed to be making as our goal? And what of our children? And what about our health? And why can’t I sleep? And why are my nerves in overdrive, and why do I never get to do anything joyful? And…and….and….

Okay…just stop for a moment, take a deep breath and pause for reflection. You don’t think the Divine Mother and Divine Father….the Universal Divine can see and hear you? Of course! And “All is Known”. Remember that you have also been provided with some extraordinary tools to repair yourself and peel back the veils of illusion that you believe to be trapping you. That’s the issue. The tools are there and always have been. Now just USE them.

Stop the noise from outside when sitting quietly on your own, and affirm to yourself that you CAN disentangle yourself from the trappings of the false narrative. Remember your powers. State that. You can affirm: “I am a Divine Being”.

What about the veils of illusion? If there is one thing that the Divine Mother through VIRGO is helping you to understand right now…is that the veils of illusion that keep you on this incessant wheel of karma, can be dissipated at WILL. With the power of your own MIND and a set course of right action through thinking, reflection and determination…and LOVE…these veils will dissipate and you will get up and out of the sorrow and suffering.

But we all need help. Yes. We also need to be open to receive help as well. Yes! This week when you are not breathing properly with your belly/diaphragm, jamming up the circuits and holding your breath with tension…..you will stop and catch yourself. You will say to yourself…”what am I doing?” You do know that your power is locked into that breath of yours, and yet that is the first thing that we tend to forget to do properly when our unstable state of immersion in the world around us, pushes us into survival mode.

This week the VIRGO Constellation, is positioned to bring you COSMIC ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS from the Divine Mother….providing you with powerful waves of CLEARING, support for you to LET GO of negativity…and an in-depth connection to purge through your own pathways to get you more on track with who you really are.

You know this morning in meditation, I asked the Divine Mother about why people are getting “herded” into spending hundreds, if not thousands of dollars on all this biotech and biohacking stuff to get them healed, which is only for the physical corporeal body? This approach won’t touch the subtle energy bodies. Why do this when all the POWERS in the Universe are right there inside of us to heal? The biotech physical tools alone will not heal the ENERGY CHANNELS and CENTRES. Her only answer was, “show them how”. Which of course is not just me…but the many who believe in the power of the Laws and Principles of Creation. Do you?

The SOLUTION to your worries, sickness, overwhelm, tension and stress is absolutely found within. The exterior state of the world and humanity’s level of consciousness, has been corrupted into a chaotic state, but that doesn’t mean YOU have to live like that. You are here and moving into a thriving, conscious state to help SHIFT the state of consciousness of humanity starting with you!

This week you can watch for an even deeper and further stage of extracting the dross that is plugging up your ENERGY PATHWAYS AND CENTRES in order to develop your healthy body, Mind and Soul connection. Why? We are preparing for the next Spiritual Initiation at EQUINOX on the 22nd of September, AND for a further shift (October 7th to 14th). This one is another doozy that opens up your POWERS to the Soul’s WILL. (more on that later, but I bet you can feel that in the upper back between and under your shoulder blades. These targeted areas will receive healing and clearing).

Your preparation for Equinox is well underway now and you will find that there will be some VERY GOOD clearings happening this week. Keep your diet healthy and not too heavy. Experts are out there sharing their videos on when to eat and when to fast…so that you don’t go to sleep at night with heavy carbs and sugars or alcohol.

Let GO at the end of your day’s work and be sure to rest. Get a good sleep and remember that there is plenty happening behind the scenes as you sleep. So let go to the Universe and go to sleep at night. You will have to learn to trust. Say your nightly prayers and do your meditation to take yourself up to the Inner Temple at night. As my Nana used to say at night to the Universe to close her work day, “I have done all I can do now…I can do no more. I leave it in your hands while I sleep.”

The most exciting part about all of this acceleration of Spiritual consciousness this week is the fact that you KNOW you are moving out of the old paradigm more and more each day. You are shaking your head and wondering why you fell for it for so long…and then you quickly dismiss the past…and start summoning up the inner strength to catch a RIDE with the moving AVATARS. These Celestial energies are like COMETS and incredible ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS that you just reach up in a meditative state to grasp. Just say YES…. to your own Soul’s beautiful LIGHT and LOVE.
