I hope that you will enjoy this 23 minute and 33 second Guided Healing Meditation to connect with the “gifts of Equinox” which is celebrated during this Equinox WEEK.

We all have so much to be grateful for…and at harvest time we certainly do count our Blessings! What you planted as seed thoughts in the Spring of 2026, has now grown into being your harvest. What are you realizing about your evolving nature and your expansiveness of conscious awareness?

If you are still looking to understand just where you are going, why and how you are going to get there….perhaps the connection you make with the Divine here in the Inner Temple of Healing and Wisdom will help you.

The Equinox Sunnidale Transformation…is your metamorphosis where the Inner Sun (Sol) is received by your prepared chalice….your body and subtle systems.

SYNTHESIS…. The Sun Radiates Light into the Valley, bringing the 2 forces together. Sunnidale represents the spiritual marriage of Heaven and Earth….grounding your own Higher consciousness into your physical reality.

Enjoy! Let any images come to mind that you think, see, hear or feel from your own Soul. There is no wrong answer….there is just YOU and the Light and Love of our Divine Creator and Universe.

Many Blessings!
