Why have the transitions been so volatile, swinging your emotions and thoughts around, often unable to really get a good solid ground and focus lately? Because you have deep pockets of turbulent air (thoughts) that meet “head on” with the incoming ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS… that in fact…are breaking up your old plaque and sediments that keep you stuck down in your lower energy centres. This de-concretization can be quite ground shaking! Let’s have a look at this together…shall we?

One thing I LOVE about the Libra and Scorpio transitions is that… as we strive for our Yin/Yang Balance….the roller coaster inside is like a battlefield as we knock off those “illusionary stage sets complete with full costumes” that we have been entertaining for so long. The outcome of the “final scene of each Act” is fascinating though! Wait for it…..

This week’s FULL MOON (tonight just after midnight) is targeting your emotional base, your old sexual stories and energy (reproductive, lumbar, sacrum), your urinary/bladder and lower bowel health, and your emotional frustrations, angers, build-up and triggers….all in a nutshell. It’s already been happening over the weekend and will continue this week as you lock on into your personal solutions. Pay attention to what your body is telling you.

What solutions? Well if you can just breathe for a moment and OBSERVE your repetitive triggers that have you “seeing red” and unable to think….you will catch the GIFT of this cycle and season. So often you can’t even “hear” the solution when you read about it, listen to someone telling you the underlying root cause, or “see” it yourself…..even though it is right in front of you. Why?

We get stuck in the lower body “bog down” and it blurs our ability to hear and think, much like a toddler gets all upset and doesn’t understand why things are not going the way they want it to. They just can’t “reason things out” when upset. We grow up with this emotional frustration and energy build up …and then wonder why we aren’t being heard, can’t get ahead or feel like just giving up on trying.

The difference now from when a toddler? We have learned to hold it all in….until we can’t.

TENSION and WORRY – build up with what our eyes “trick us into seeing” out there in the world and within our own lives. We fall into the trap of the illusion and the experiences are reminiscent of our childhood and across the years of our adult life. We are still stuck in the illusion and are still “BATTLING” with it.

The COSMIC ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS this week are guiding you towards solution, but you must stop what you are doing and sit quietly to really listen, journal, ask questions and seek the answers. If you try to engage the solution when you are all worked up with worry, emotional build up and mental overload…you won’t be able to access the solution for your own personal needs.

Take a deep breath and think about this for a moment. When all the old energy is trapped and built up inside, it will be you, as the Worthy Master yourself, that will be alleviating the build up while breathing with the Divine Energy Wave Patterns coming in.

The solutions are BEHIND all the visible local and distant natural material forms. Behind the trees, the flowers, the sky, the stars….behind the body, the money, the work, the mission in life. All the guidance is BEHIND what you see with your eyes, hear with your ears, and sense with your other physical senses…even your 6th sense which is special…but a tool for you to use. It’s all BEHIND this.

As you begin to calm down while breathing deeply, and get in touch with this Universal ENERGY of your Soul; the Divine One….you begin to be flooded with the ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS of the time cycle…of this WEEK and so many ensuing weeks.

This Spiritual Forecast is a reminder for you to get in touch with the reality of your true existence. (I’ve created a guided meditation for you to help you to do this). The solutions that come to you will flow into your MIND and your HEART.

The Energy HEALING this week is focused on alleviating the build up of pressure in the lower body region as mentioned above. You WILL release this old astral energy build up…including physical releases. The best support for the changes to your body will be in coordination with a healthy relationship with your SPINE, NERVE SYSTEM including proper sitting, walking, movements and exercise.

Remember that you are healing from the INSIDE – OUT. So that means you are not treating just physical symptoms alone. You are invited to face your personal challenges during the start of this FULL MOON in TAURUS week during SCORPIO.

The NECK and THROAT centre are going to respond to what is going on this week by calling your attention to that which needs to be dislodged and let go of. What you hold in your SACRAL/LUMBAR/ROOT….you will FEEL locked up in your neck and throat as well.

The GIFT coming out of all of this? Incredible SELF-awareness, SELF-enlightenment and a dutiful WILL and empowerment to take charge of your life force. You are going to get ON schedule and ON target going forward with much needed communication expressed.

The processing this week is your deeper dive into recognizing just HOW you are feeling in the body and what has been STUCK DOWN THERE for a very long time, as you have been conforming to some long playing performing “act, play, theatrical performance, costumes and all…out on the biggest stage we call life here on Earth”. Which script have you been performing? Not all yours! Likely a script entangled with others where you are not the main character.

There is a COSMIC SCRIPT that has been inside of you….waiting to be read. That’s the real script. Step into your determination to LEARN and to FIND your own. Time for you to “KNOCK on the MASTER’S DOOR” within.

So as tumultuous, or overly stagnant/dull, reactive or un-reactive you have been feeling in your life….this is the week that you sit very quietly within and observe the often on-going, runaway day to day activities that seem to repeat themselves…over and over again. The solution is to stop and TUNE into the Truth, the Light and the insight that is “right there” waiting to be discovered. Your deeper mind and questioning will bring it out while in reflection. (or get help to do this with an experienced, trained Spiritual Mentor)

The FULL MOON is one that is now underway and will be intense for most of the week…allowing you to SHIFT into the greater awareness daily. It is already happening and is truly a GIFT. We mark these passing days of hitting the wall, blocked by the stage set….as days for you to PEER deeply into the writer and creator of this low level story you have been repeating. Look behind the set. You’ll be surprised at what you come to realize.
