Weekly Spiritual Energy Shifts & Updates – March 8th to March 15th, 2026

Here we are heading towards the middle of March already, deeper into the immersion of lessons that humanity is currently going through. The global situation touches each of us as it causes us to PAUSE, and reflect on how we treat each other. There is a lot of corrections and healing going on right now in the consciousness of mankind, and it starts with each one of us. Let’s reflect on this together….shall we?

Life can seem very unfair at times, out of order and without moral reflection. When there are so many that have less to live on and their few resources are being threatened, human beings become very territorial. The very foundation of our animal instincts are strong…survival, food, water, shelter and protection of our family. However, when we collectively care for one another and go BEYOND our animal nature, we create a human family that expresses harmonium and love from our hearts.

This week we move into intense HEALING of the HEART CENTRE. (Old thought patterns shift)

Our HEART Centres are richly endowed with powers that HEAL.

The human being has the most extraordinary HEART, MIND and SOUL…and it is within our ability to apply the attributes of each of these levels in our lives daily. We all need to do a check in and see just how we are participating in the Moral, Ethical, Love based Values of our own Heart Centre and shift accordingly.

For example, during the week ahead, OBSERVE your world; your own thoughts on the following:

• The price of basic necessities for people to live…..Why are they so high? Who is benefiting the most and is there any THOUGHT and REFLECTION from the top of corporations and governments on how the individual is impacted? Is there disproportional distribution of wealth?

• Do the Corporations, Banks and Governments stop and THINK about how much money they are taking in and are they truly honouring a system that serves the people that cares about your well being? What are your choices here? (you do have choices)

• Do YOU care about the well being of others in your own business, professional service or product making? Be honest with yourself, purge and heal areas both old and new that are of the old paradigm of self-centredness. Make new decisions on how you conduct your affairs.

• Are WE caring enough about how those around us are being treated? Is there “fair and just” practices being seen throughout our daily lives? Very important that you stand up for this.

• What about those that are supposed to care the most for our well being? Our medical system, our religious/spiritual centres, our food growers and manufacturers…to name a few.

• Do you CARE enough about yourself and practice Self Love, ensuring that you take good care of the investment that the Divine has made in ensuring your existence? It took a lot of Divine Planning to have you born on this planet and you must look after yourself. The Divine Loves you!

HEART CENTRE

The ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS that are coming in from the Universal Divine, striking the hearts of each man, woman and child on this planet throughout the week ahead, are exponentially focused on the practical application of the CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS. We ALL need to shake up the heart centre now more than ever.

This type of energy WAVE will be prompting, inspiring and urging you more than it has before, to look into your own heart and REFLECT on just where YOU are at in your life. Review how you are treating others, how YOU are being treated, and whether you are going to rise up in your own abilities to shift the actions and choices in your life to move into greater alignment with your own HEART.

• Are you communicating well? Can you receive love?
• Is your heart open to LISTEN and not judge? Can you give love?
• Are you harbouring any old karma with others that is still not resolved?
• Any BAD VIBES with others still that have not been understood and forgiven?
• Have you hardened your heart towards another and found some justification for it to just to make yourself feel better?
• What are you involved in RIGHT now in your life that just “doesn’t sit well” inside of you? What did you do to trigger the confrontation or hostility in the first place? What did the other party do? Look deep inside for it may be hiding.

This is a HEART HEALING time for us all where we explore the underlying ROOT causes of our own symptoms of upsetting Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual issues that are reverberating around the world.

We ALL contribute to life on this planet in one way or another. Is your contribution one that is full and rich in LOVE and CARING?

Your ability to CHOOSE what step you take going forward is a powerful gift that the Divine Creator has given each one of us. Starting this week you can be very CONSCIOUS of just how you live, create, engage and involve yourself with building a better world. Make healthy choices.

Many are treating others poorly out in the world of service because they are so battered inside themselves by life. They do not receive love and have hardened. You see this amongst workers in many industries of business that are tired of being treated poorly. It takes just ONE gesture or word to begin to turn that around for another. That’s a healing.

Do you treat others as you would wish to be treated? The Golden Rule. A great reminder for us all. Make sure that the administration, policies, rules, societal impact and link up of “mind to mind” communication you have with others is CREATING a beautiful world by CREATING your own HEART CENTRED project, business, family, profession or group.

This is such an amazing ENERGY WAVE PATTERN of LOVE this week because even with a minor shift in the collective from those that breathe in deeply this WAVE of LIGHT and LOVE….comes an incremental change in the global consciousness. That’s all it takes….just a Breath, + a thought, + a reflection through LOVE, + an action……= equals…….Manifestation of the Highest expression.

Enjoy this week ahead and be very MINDFUL of your own thoughts, your own energy in your body, of that which you need to let go of, and that which you can do….. to change the life of both yourself….and another. It doesn’t take much….so do it !
