Weekly Spiritual Energy Shifts & Updates -March 1st to March 8th, 2026

The rare and spectacular 6 planetary alignment yesterday (February 28th) kick-started your official 21 day preparation for Equinox, March 20th, when our Northern Hemisphere begins the cycle of SPRING! The ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS from Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune have already begun to impact our human family, so expect frequency shifts, expect your inherent physical and Soul impulses to reset you. Expect humanity to shift. What kind of changes? That depends upon us. Let’s reflect on this together….shall we?

What a way to start our preparation for Spring Equinox! The 6 Planetary alignment triggered “bells and alarms” in your life to wake up to Truth…and now a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in VIRGO is adding its own spice to the pot March 3rd, and is going to push on you in ways you have never felt before now.

We are emerging from our own deep-seated time of REFLECTION that has been with us since December 21st, 2025 when the quarter of the shortest season of daylight hours was with us. The lack of sunlight hours during the day triggered us to be a lot more reflective and we went “within” to explore our INNER NATURE.

Many looked more closely at their emotions, their thought patterns, health and ambitions…questioning the meaning of their life during the last quarter (Dec 21st to March 20th). Did you do that too? Did you find yourself more reflective about your life over the last few months?

Well now you are to prepare for the NEXT quarter that will take us from March 20th to June 21st, 2026. This next quarter marks the beginning of SPRING and it also prompts all sorts of natural inner URGES. We often turn our thoughts to such things as: Love, Moving House, Renovating, Launching New products or ideas, Detoxing the Body, Getting into Better Shape, Having New Routines, Trying New Diets, Travelling, Getting closer to Spiritual Consciousness and quite literally….ending one paradigm and shifting into another. Very exciting and wonderfully prosperous on all levels.

In order to get into alignment with these natural “urges and nudges” from your Soul and the DIVINE Patterns of Creation, you need to acknowledge where you are at, and get your WILL power fired up. We are about to connect with the Will power of the ARIES constellation in a few weeks, and that connective surge directed to your own WILL POWER FIRE, needs a place to anchor in your life!

Anchoring your Higher WILL POWER means your container must be cleansed, expanded, strengthened and paid great attention to. How is your body’s health? Is your HOUSE in order? Your professional space? Is your mind cluttered, overwhelmed or exhausted? What is the condition of your energy field? Your vibrational state of living? So many questions you will have regarding your current state and where you are going in life.

This week it would be a good start to have an analysis of just where you are at. Take it upon yourself to do some personal INVENTORY. If you know where you are at, then you will know where you are going. These ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS will work WITH you…but they will not do the work for you. You have to take responsibility for where you are at. If you spent the winter lazing around without reflection…then you had best pick up your socks now…..double time….and get going!

3 Weeks to EQUINOX means that you take this week ahead for Analysis, some initial steps to clean up, and get a plan in order. Clean up the most obvious which is the physical health. Get rid of junk food, processed foods, alcohol, excessiveness and get into ALIGNMENT with the gifts of the Earth. CHOOSE all the wonderful things that the Earth has to offer you in a balanced way. Be sure to ENJOY your meals. Sit down and truly enjoy them. Avoid eating on the run or in your car…etc. Blah.

Write down what comes to your mind when you sit quietly and reflect. Ask yourself the deeper questions. Ask yourself, “what do I need?” “How do I really feel?” “Am I Happy?” “What’s bothering me?” These questions get you engaged with yourself. You often hide, harbour and protect yourself from life’s illusions and disappointments over extensive periods of time, with the pain being deposited inside of your body, emotions and mental container.

Healing the container and getting ready for a powerfully abundant and healthy Spring start…means that we need to be honest with ourselves and stop saying, “I’m okay” when in fact, you are not.

If you are feeling disheartened…KNOW and TRUST….your life will change with these efforts. Your efforts will not go unnoticed by the Divine. Put the time and energy into yourself as the LAW is the LAW and it will work with you.

The container (physical, emotional, mental and psychic/intuitive) really DOES need to have attention and YOU need attention. Who gives you attention? Do you have someone who has time for you and cares about your well being? Not all of us have that “person” to help. The world can feel quite big and uncaring….and it is now, in your FIRST STEPS towards caring for your life in a whole new way, that will begin to turn this around. It starts with YOU caring about YOU. Your world will change significantly.

When you start to take your own life in your hands and decide you are here to be a Master Soul...then you are going to feel the FIRE stir inside of you and be ready to MATCH your own Fire will power…with the WILL POWER of your DIVINE SELF.

So…back to this week ahead. This week you are going to start with the first steps. Take steps to correct the obvious needs and realize that you are worth it. Don’t let life pass you by and you just sit and watch the world go on around you. Life will just move around you and you will just add another day to your life. That is not living.

We have been told that when we came into this world, (Genesis) “….. the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.” This is YOU. This is the real YOU. So the question is….“Are you getting up each morning and engaging with your life as a LIVING SOUL? Or are you just alive?”

The most important flow of LOVE that you have to DRAW from is the LOVE that flows from God, your Creator, or if you prefer, the Universal Divine One. That LOVE is an unlimited flow that never turns off. Do you want to have that in your life each day, inspiring you, encouraging you and filling you up with all the abundance and prosperity of life that you truly deserve to have? Of course you do!

So this is the time when you say YES. This is the time when you acknowledge that in order to have that LOVE flowing in your life, then you need to make space and get into harmony with it. Welcome it like you are expecting ROYALTY to show up. Clean your house, your body…get ready for more LOVE to flow in.

Love Heals, Unites. Mind governs, stabilizes, expands. Will inspires, sparks, powers you up.

We have a great transition happening at EQUINOX on March 20th, 2026 and it is your efforts to prepare yourself that are so important and so beneficial to you and those around you. So be sure to start with the most simple acknowledgements this week.

• What is out of order? What is in order?

• What do I need? Where am I at? Get your Assessment underway.

• Start cleaning up. Take out the TRASH starting with the most obvious around you.

• Get yourself on a ROUTINE. When will you do your deep breathing, your meditations, your walks outside?

• JUST START. Celebrate that. If you start…the Cosmic will meet you in your HEART, MIND and SOUL.

• When you CARE about yourself and emanate that LOVE, you MAGNETICALLY attract LOVE. You attract those to you that are on the same resonance. LOVE attracts LOVE on many levels.

• The world around us globally that is so out of order, can be transformed and lifted up under the WILL power of a mass consciousness that seeks, and finds its own DIVINE WILL POWER. You get yourself in ORDER and in the alignment with the power of DIVINE LOVE within you and watch how that LOVE shifts the world.
