Weekly Energy Shifts & Updates – August 23rd to August 30th, 2026

Hi Everyone!

The ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS that we are experiencing now and throughout the week ahead are explosive and packed with healing power. We are just in the early stages of influence from the VIRGO Constellation now, with a Full Moon in Pisces this Friday, August 28th thrown into the mix to sweep out your emotional body. The perfect coupling will be to use your MIND power to unblock the veils of illusion in your life while you harness these substantial STAR energies….the timing is perfect. Let’s reflect on this together…shall we?

The physical world operates under the LAW of CHANGE as nothing stays the same. You are continuously changing inside of you at a cellular level and you are to realize that the world around you is also changing all the time at various rates. What do you do to “speed up” and integrate these changes whilst working in the correct order with Universal Laws? You develop your conscious awareness connection to your MIND, your HEART and your SOUL.

BECOME CONSCIOUS OF CONSCIOUSNESS

Why are you told to become “conscious of your breath” in all the spiritual modalities and teachings out there on the internet and passed down from Master to student over aeons of time? Because the breath is massively involved with the CHANGES that you are making to your body, your total health and your wellbeing.

You want to be successful and operate at a healthy level…therefore it is imperative that you learn how to breathe properly and how to coordinate your breath to the body and Soul. Your body is happy to comply with the LAW of CHANGE….the question really is…are you holding it back?

Why do we talk about the ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS and their role in helping you to evolve and advance in your consciousness? Because these waves are brought to us here on Earth from deep space all around us and there is plenty that piggybacks onto the Solar Winds, for example, during the contact with our Earth and all life upon it.

When you are breathing….just WHAT are you breathing? You are not just breathing primarily the gases oxygen and nitrogen, but you are breathing very subtle components of the Life force that is beyond our instrumentation in science to detect. You are being “amped up and changed” prompting consciousness opportunities for evolving, by these very sublime waves of higher vibrational substance that ride the “etheric plasma train” into your own life and the life around you.

When we live our lives with a conscious connection with all living things and all forces that are made available to us, we change our vibration, and tune into a new frequency of life experience. We lift up our awareness from the physical acknowledgement alone and expand our questions and thinking in search of Truth and Light. You are to pay attention to a much BIGGER world than the one you perceive daily around you physically.

Why are we going through a Chrysalis time right now? We have long held onto our own little shell to protect us from our mental vulnerabilities and weakened states of emotional fears. Now you are coming to know that you have been afraid of something that only exists in the lower world of survival and negativity. The world you are moving into is the higher vibrational Spiritual world where the Truth is found.

You are entering the new ZONE due to your own efforts to-date and with the support of the ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS that have been increasing exponentially and are helping you in dropping the false belief in the linear barriers of the false “clock” that humans were programmed to believe rule their lives. We go beyond space and time with our conscious awareness and are no longer dictated to by the limitations. So much life is wasted when we position ourselves into the stress of the clock alone. We age very quickly before we recognize the signs.

CYCLES versus the CLOCK

Do we live “by the clock” or do we instead recognize Cosmic ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS and the Cycles of human spiritual opportunities and the CHANGES that the Universal Laws operate by. There are cycles that we are working within that help you to grow more effectively and it is to those CYCLES, we must pay attention.

Your Chrysalis opportunity is NOW. We need to use the present calendar years terminology for reference in explaining the actual cycles of mankind. For example…2026 is a fruitful year in so many ways whereby we are planting the seeds of CHANGE on Earth right now. The bounty? Ahhhh…watch how 2027 and 2028 manifest the way you are THINKING and CREATING now. It’s already underway.

There is a much higher state of consciousness where we should be placing our thoughts and operating our soul journey from, so we are leaving the chrysalis and stepping out beyond it into the realm of the Higher Mind…through Light and love.

The view we see when we look back at ourselves and the container that we are shedding that we lived in for so long is astounding…isn’t it? It’s like asking ourselves how the heck did we stay inside that limited little shell for so long? Ugh ! It was not pleasant to say the least.

As the new Self realizations are being found during our epiphanies and “AHA” moments of incredible insight…we are pushing and pushing ourselves out of the Chrysalis stage into the state of the butterfly that is vibrant and more free.

Now during this new state of clarity emerging…what do you think is also happening this week? You are SHOCKED that you have been letting yourself continue to live under the restraints and confinements for so long. You now KNOW how powerful your Soul is and how your BRAIN…along with your HEART….are the most extraordinary Divine Instruments you can possibly have.

Why are we not directing our MIND into the full use of our heart and brain function? Hhhhmmmm? Let’s get back to the breath now.

The conscious practice of breathing into alignment with your Soul and drawing the sublime power down from the Cosmic all around you…including down from the Start Constellations and our Sun which have remarkable involvement with the function of your health…and down to the very anatomically perfect 2 openings you have in your nose…makes for a DIVINE network that no AI, no laboratory, no intellectual modelling can ever replicate. This is LIFE people!

This week you are going to be turning your attention to the way you are breathing with LIFE from the Divine Source and you are going to sit there and be astonished at what it activates. All the more reason we must stop poisoning our skies; our atmosphere with despicable excess in air pollution, EMF’s from the excessive technology, super ridiculous forever chemicals made in super ridiculous manufacturing plants, and mysterious chemicals that come out of the activities of greed and corruption whilst nations engage in war and destruction.

The AIR is so KEY to our spiritual practice, and the more pure the air around us, the more quickly we can get into our butterfly stage and get out of the shadows of illusion and dimness that the shell has kept us in for so very long.

This is a week where you are, in some cases, shedding the major pieces of the broken down chrysalis and probably smelling the fresh AIR of Higher MIND at a new level for the 1st time in your life. The AIR is carrying powers that are beyond our comprehension. Let’s not wait any longer, but instead do our practice.

This week we have some COSMIC ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS coming in that you can already “hear” are on their way. You may experience hearing sounds of vibration intensify like they do intermittently, and vibrations inside of you taking place that are the shuddering movements of your internal energy channels. Are you having an internal “earthquake”? Yes…you are.

Just like the Earth is going through her own shuddering changes, your own pathways and energy channels within are going through some tremendous accelerated bursts of energy flow. Harness the power and let your MIND begin to direct this power effectively.

Stop looking outside of yourself, when it comes to clarifying what you are here to do in life, and get on with the task at hand by looking within. You have your own reason for going through this transformation and you had best find out what that is and why. Going over and over again the same scenario into “analysis paralysis” as they call it, is stalling and reversing the work that you are doing because the pathways back up. There is greater detail you can learn about this when you pick up your studies about your own spiritual path.
