Weekly Spiritual Energy Shifts & Updates – August 16th to August 23rd, 2026

Hi Everyone!

The ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS this week are supporting you in your “thinking, deep dive into your foundation building, and in prioritizing what is important to you in life”. This is a week for putting together the puzzle pieces of your life now. It has a serious tone to it and you KNOW you can create a life that is more fulfilling and enriched. Let’s reflect on this together…shall we?

The Energy is what I would call ROBUST and CONSTRUCTIVE. You are sorting out your foundation because the PILLARS of Light and LIFE need to have a strong footing to anchor into. This week you are going to look at several levels of life around you and within you. Let’s take a look at how your world is reflecting your state of consciousness and your own HEALTH.

• Your physical world will benefit from the constructive changes you make to your home and surrounding area. Move things around that are feeling stagnant. FEEL where the home is not in alignment including those of you who have backyards or property. Engage the energy of the EARTH and the proper balance of the 4 elements with traditional Feng Shui, or even better…..consult with a Spiritual Teacher for evaluation of your home energy. What are you allowing into your world that is “IN” alignment with your Soul and that which is “NOT”? This is of very deep importance to your life running smoothly or not.

• Do you have chronic or annoying issues in your home with mold, water issues, leaks from taps, or any broken things that you have been aware of, but ignored? This is a very good week to start to look after those things. Just get it started with even an estimate from a contractor or handyman (woman). Or may you have a friend or family member that is handy? Just saying….

• Your physical body will benefit from your new choices of energy engagements with food, water, different drinks (teas, smoothies) that are on a whole new vibration. Notice how “dead” any drive-thru restaurant food is or how FLAT processed food is from the store. Don’t eat it anymore. You will only be disappointed and wonder why you even bothered. There are many old patterns being broken right now that are in recognition of what is not working for you during these changing energy times we are in.

• Get those health symptoms and chronic issues looked at. They won’t just magically go away if you haven’t explored the underlying emotional, mental and spiritual causes of them. The physical body is telling you that it is not feeling well and is mis-aligned through the only way it knows how. Be acutely aware of your body and start acting like the Master of it now. The physical body intelligence is subservient to your Mastership and will gladly serve you with long term loyalty. Let’s strive to be more alert to this level of consciousness.

• Look very closely at your PROFESSIONAL energy foundation. Are you happy with how energy flows daily through it? Do you feel any resistance? Why? Are you holding your cosmic Vision firmly and embodying it? There must be a FOUNDATION and a VISION that are to meet..to interface…. that will then materialize your Cosmic Mission in life. The flow should be as beautiful as a waterfall of Light.

• Struggling with the VISION? or struggling with the cascading path to materialization? If you are having difficulty with either of these then you first review the Vision and check to see if you have clarity on that. Secondly, you look at the FOUNDATION. How is it currently constructed or planned to be constructed? The “as above, so below” law within creation must be duly undertaken to ensure the manifestation of your mission.

There’s a lot more of course that we could dive into for this week, but I think you have the connection with it now. Be very much in your zone of “thinking and reflecting”, get the jobs underway that are out of order. CLEAN UP. Move the resistance and explore the blockages.

It’s funny how we humans are. If there is a clog in your kitchen sink drainage and you can’t do the dishes, you are going to be on that phone like a jack rabbit to a plumber or get to a store to buy something to unplug it, because it is foul smelling or downright inconvenient. But with our own health? Whew! So much procrastination!

If you are all fouled up with internal system breakdowns in your physical, emotional, mental or spiritual FLOW of the Waters of Creation of LIFE…then get on the phone! Get to the store…meaning of course, get some help with it.

Oh sure…you can “live” with the dripping faucets in the house or the mold in the corner of the basement. But Why? It’s only going to get worse and cause further damage. But can you “live comfortably and in good health” with the inflammation in your body? the allergies? the stomach aches? the back aches? the sore neck? Blah!

This week there is only one message that I can give you from the Inner Temple of Healing and Wisdom….and that is: Get your Construction and Repair Hat on and figure out what is going on with your FOUNDATION of life. Hold the VISION of the BLUEPRINT of the true image and similitude of your Divine nature strong.

This is a beautiful week to do some deep mining. The TREASURES you will find within you! Wow! Once you start exploring and changing what is in behind your frustrations, your sadness, disappointments, disorders, misalignments etc…you will be astounded at the glories of your Inner Being! What JOY there is to be found within.

We often focus on or ignore….and even tolerate so much that is now unhealthy…missing out on so much that is right behind the veil of the illusion that create suffering. Let’s make the difference in our lives now by focusing on the BUILDING. The POWERS you have within you to build with that MIND of yours are beyond words. So much power that will not tolerate the blocks anymore during these ENERGY shifts.

It’s a great week to knock down some of those ENERGY BLOCKS by aligning with the incoming COSMIC ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS that are generously coming our way through further LEO constellation influences and soooooo much more. That one constellation alone is not responsible for all this amazing energy, but plays a key role in it. Hint…I would have a further look this week at the Taurus the BULL Constellation, your Solar Body engagement, feminine Divine energy, Mother Earth’s role in your life, the sweetness of Christ Consciousness, the power at your forehead energy centre of vision and visualization…just for starters.
