Weekly Spiritual Energy Shifts & Updates – June 22nd to June 29th, 2025

Hi Everyone!

With the Solstice now behind us, we have just entered a new quarter of 2025 that runs between June 20th (Solstice) and September 22nd (Equinox). During this quarter, you will be “watering the creative seeds that you planted between March (Equinox) and June (Solstice)….checking to make sure now that you really do love what you are growing! You are going to spruce things up a bit, make some changes and pluck a few weeds out of those ideas….but all in all….this is a great week to get this underway. Let’s reflect on this together….shall we?

The Solstice had an impact on you and this is going to show up with a renewed sense of understanding and growth. You are finding deeper clarity about yourself and not allowing old self worth issues to get in the way. There is a boldness emerging that you haven’t recognized in yourself before.

Back in March at the Equinox, we had our official first quarter of the year (not calendar but the natural cycle) where we had all sorts of ideas running through our heads and we tried and succeeded, in establishing maybe a few plans for these goals and dreams. Some of you may have actually been able to start a foundation and a bit of framework for them. Likely most of you did not. Why? Because the context of these ideas you have are very BIG, expansive in nature and likely something that you have never done before!

Whether you are tackling a massive project, looking after a health issue that has been bothering you for some time now, or breaking off from an old personal storyline to start a new one….this Solstice gave you an ascension boost. You are recreating yourself in ways that was unimaginable before.

So here we are this week adding new ingredients to our lives, tasting and testing a new mixture of thoughts or handling a re-arrangement of our plans. Just like when we draft up a new soup recipe or meal idea in the kitchen from scratch, we like to make a few changes here and there as we go.

You can expect to make some of these changes this week starting Monday, June 23rd….just 3 days after the official Solstice. Now rather than get yourself all riled up if you are not feeling quite ready, start by positioning yourself by facing the week ahead with further studying of your ideas. Recognize what is good to go, and what is still needing a little more “seasoning and cooking time”!

This is a “full idea meal” you are planning with multiple courses, so you can expect some further analysis of your creative concepts throughout this week and into the next week for sure. The Cosmic has its sights set on some mid-summer clarity so give yourself permission to cruise steadily through the weeks ahead with more trials and perhaps still a little tribulation. It’s okay…the full meal plan will come together!

This Weekly Energy shift involves some antagonistic forces (who doesn’t love a good battle between your shadows of doubt and your truth!) that are quite happy to shut you down and leave you bewildered. What you need to do is turn to your imagination. What? That’s probably not what you were expecting! But yes! Please go into your imagination. I promise you that it will help a lot!

This week is not all logical, practical and straightforward. In fact it CALLS on you to use your imagination and go beyond the box. Create it and it will happen. But the secret to all of this, is being very clear and precise. So take the steps this week to move forward towards the VISION that you are desiring to bring to manifestation. That is important. This can be as detailed as you wish, but do bring the expansiveness to the forefront of your mind. Practice, Practice, Practice. This is not always easy. One image and idea at a time with solid logic and expansive imagination.

For Healing this week? fluids, lymphatics, moving the bloating feeling out and some emotional shedding. That says it all right? The releasing of that which you have been hanging onto for so long will alter and shed the patterns in the past through your generational lineage as well. Wow ! That is progress!

Speaking of energy patterns….let’s talk about the Cosmic Energy Patterns that are moving through the planet this week. These will cause some “out of character” temptations that are testing you! Great time for the MIND to kick in firmly and be strong in saying NO! or saying YES! Depending upon that which is for your own Greater good and for the Greater good of all involved. Got that?

Summary? Decisions made will over-ride the weaker temptations with the use of your Higher MIND. Great practice for you as you are building up week after week this summer of ENERGY, MIND and Higher Intelligence through LOVE. I will have more on these vast changes as we go forward together.

In the meantime, keep tasting and re-jigging your ideas, tweaking the recipe of your life Path as necessary, and think about what you are going to be manifesting in September/October and November at the Harvest time 2025.

Keep on nurturing yourself with that which is aligned for the goodness of the hearts for all and do not cave to temptation on that which is from the old paradigm….just because it is familiar.
