Weekly Spiritual Energy Shifts & Updates – January 11th to January 18th, 2026

This week you can expect the ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS to be supportive of our emotions as we have shifted so much of our personal perspective of life, thus heightening our emotional and intuitive sensitivities. What did YOU discover about yourself recently? Let’s reflect on this together…..shall we?

You will find that the “essence of the ROSE energy is in the air” this week. What is that? The HEART centre….which moves you into sympathetic, magnetic resonance with a higher vibrational level of humanity. This feeling and experience of ONENESS lies within a certainty of KNOWING that the encouraging, compassionate, supportive and reassuring nature of the Divine Universe has your back.

Your lower back will feel intermittently warm and the energy waves will be stimulating your throat centre causing you to speak up and be real. No more trickery, deceit and false statements of living will be drawn around you, or be coming out from within you.

There is a very, very strong line being drawn of boundaries relating to your tolerance of just what is proper and in order, versus that which is not respectable and most uninviting to have in your life. Elimination of repeat unpleasant experiences in personal and professional relationships are on the table. No more.

The world and your own personal life is becoming more transparent if you allow yourself to look at it for what it is, where it is at, and where it CAN go. The pure LOVE from the Soul and the Divine Universe is always that…just PURE; no games. Let’s be sure to embrace this now. 

The world around us is revealing itself. So many old stories that have challenged mankind’s health of living properly on physical, emotional and mental levels across the many generations are being re-examined and explored deeper, to see just “what went wrong?”, “why such corrupted decisions were made?” and “who allowed this to continue?” This will hit home with us all.

Now is the time in your life to individually choose differently, then with numbers of people just like you increasing, the impact on the whole will be tremendous. You can end the suffering of lineage trauma, confusion, corruption and attitude, thus breaking the veils open for the future generations to soar to their greatest potentials.

When you start looking very deeply at your life and that which is becoming very clear to you this week that is just “not okay”, you will speak up and/or step forward onto a different track. Each one of us, owe it to ourselves and our families to deep dive. What you will find is that the origin of your parents and grandparents issues were not all that you thought they were. You must look at the consciousness of the world during their professional tenure or role of life. The mystery of it all goes even deeper.

Begin to look at things happening in your life from the perspective of how human lives have evolved, or have not evolved, over the last 150 years around the world. Take a good look at what the root cause is of the many components of your unnatural life by looking at your ancestors. How did the human life and health systems of mind, body and soul arrive at this place? What larger veil of illusion masked them from Truth?

You are not trapped by illusion you are only “distracted” by illusion.

Mankind WILL take back the ruling of their own lives across the Globe in alignment with their Soul, but it must start with each one of us individually. This is why the “fires” of your inner strength and LIGHT are rising from within you now. You are not trapped by illusion you are only “distracted” by illusion. There is quite a difference!

“Bring Back the Rose”

Let’s all come back to the heart and no longer permit the unconscious, unruly people directing systems of life corrupt the health and well being of our own lives, and that of our children and grandchildren. Start by taking back your own power and being VERY aware of your ability to do so. Take a deeper look at where your money, energy, and time goes. What is “stealing” the energy of your life? Where do YOU draw the line? If you do not engage your own energy, you starve something right at its source.

We are experiencing some incredible TRUTHS being revealed in our lives about the nature of the fragmented aspects of our human family. It certainly DOES need healing and the worst thing we can do is enable the repetitive forces of any form of suppression, distraction or unhealthy ways of living to continue.

Your HEART and MIND is SO POWERFUL and it is with the recent emotional-Heart based Energy shift since Solstice that you are finding out just how passionate you really are about living! You are realizing that the illusion is actually quite weak and the TRUTH is actually quite incredible!

This week you are able to look around your home, upon your person and in your personal and professional environment and make DECISIONS based on the newly found “FIRES” of rising power within and the more “clearer” emotions and thoughts that are rising up into your HEART CENTRE. That is something you can most intuitively TRUST now. Do TRUST yourself for you are inherently Divine.
