Weekly Spiritual Energy Shifts & Updates – January 18th to January 25th, 2026

New Moon in Capricorn starts off our week today, January 18th, 2026, and it is already so life changing for you personally and around the world, by “drawing a line in the sand” under the auspices of Saturn (karma, disciplines and Soul purpose) that we will begin to see an END to the residuals of the old 2025 paradigm. Let’s reflect on this massive shift we are in together….shall we?

I have recently been telling my students and clients, that there are lingering residuals that need to be cleaned up and shut down during the NEW first quarter cycle of 2026. This means that you are hard-lining your MIND and focus on anything that is NOT in alignment with the Divine RULES and LAWS and making corrections. Capricorn the Goat attributes are VERY hard, concrete, Earth-like, organized and disciplined….softened by the heart-filled flow of Christ Consciousness of LOVE and SERVICE.

Today is SUNDAY…it is a very Holy day including many highlights about the SUN. The Sun is the centre of our Solar System and represents your HEART. It provides its own LIFE giving forces to our planet on the physical level and it gives you very refined substances of vitality every time you breathe in the prana through your nose. Take some time to sit in quietude within your own HEART and be sure to spend some enjoyable time in the Sun today as it will help you with what is happening with your life right now.

This day, moving in harmony through the many configurations of planetary and stellar forces, deep Cosmic ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS are causing tremendous impact on humanity’s consciousness. The ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS are influencing and inspiring you to MOVE PIECES OF YOUR LIFE AROUND to one of ORDER, according to the primary Divination at the summit of the mountain. (Reminder that the GOAT of Capricorn is the sure-footed representation of our climb back up to reintegration with the Divine).

The benevolent GIFTS from the Cosmic being sent to you at this time are critical to the changes to your LIFE PATH thus it is imperative that you open your HEART and MIND to receive the insightful gifts given to you and act on them. The gifts include impressionable thoughts of Higher Mind coming to you through your intuition. You just KNOW that something is wrong and needs correcting. The blossoming results of you acknowledging the misalignment and wrongdoing…then making the corrections…..are so full of love, you will feel forever Blessed.

So how should you use these WAVES and pulsations of power flowing into your conscious life now giving you insights and realizations? Try the following guidelines:

• You identify obstructions of Laws in your life that “disturb your inner peace”, and focus on corrections. It is not about just crying out “unfair” but it is in the actual ACTION of correction.

• Observe how quickly devious behaviours, deceptions of words and trickery are being unveiled, and how you become empowered to over-ride and correct such findings with the use of your MIND. Make decisions using discipline, respect, responsibility, love and self-governing conservation of your own LIFE force and vitality, so that you do not get drained of energy.

• You reflect upon any outstanding misalignments still occurring as residual fragments in your life, and call them out. You will now go to the PLANNING board of LONGER TERM life changes. Look beyond today.

• You collaborate with the COSMIC and align with those COSMIC WAVE PATTERNS that are on a higher frequency and realize that you do NOT need to live in any lower vibrational, repetitive patterns anymore.

• You open your HEART UP completely to trust in the CREATOR. You KNOW that within you is the original schematic of Creation that is perfect and is rich in Divine Love, Light, sweetness, purity, strength and Universal Powers that are far beyond anything you can imagine here on Earth. It is that kind of Power that you are rekindling your personal relationship with once and for all. That’s what knocks out the darkness of illusion and destruction.

We are in a new paradigm that is profoundly accelerating and rich in corrections of the “past”.

The waves are higher and more frequent that are moving throughout mankind from Source.

Get comfortable with your physical body and personality being pushed to new limits.

Your body and your energy fields of varying levels of consciousness (emotionally, mentally, intuitively and creatively) are healing rapidly from the INSIDE – OUT. So you are finding your physical body is erupting in all sorts of strange new presentations of issues perhaps. KNOW that you are to consciously deep dive into the underlying cause in your energy field and assist with your Higher Self to finally close these issues once and for all. You have the capacity to do this.

What a tremendous week ahead! You are under the influence of this karmic shift and clearing up right NOW. Right now you are under some incredible CORRECTIONS. Take note and take full advantage of the shift to understanding this more. Face everything right now that comes up. Don’t run from it. You are more powerful that you can imagine. This is not about overwhelming you….it is about empowering you.
