Weekly Spiritual Energy Shifts & Updates – January 25th to February 1st, 2026

Hi Everyone!

There are several ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS that you will wish to keep an eye on going forward over the next few weeks. Without a doubt they are life changing and may feel like you are being shot out of a cannon surrounded by fireworks! Why? Let’s reflect on this “expansive way of using your MIND” together….shall we?

First thing is the HEALING during this first quarter of the year. Clearing the obstacles and fragments of deceptive self talk that holds you back is a number one priority. If you are experiencing your life path currently in a way that feels like a head-on navigation of a crowded midway or sidewalk in a bustling city, then you need to look no further than your own lost fragments for solving this. Your fragments jostling you around with a lack of direction and self doubt will eagerly permit you, as the Master within, to guide the rest of the journey now. Show the way. How? Look for very clear messages and directions coming to you now as you feel the shift this week transforming you from, “I’m not sure, I don’t know”….to…..”This is the way I am headed.”

The receiving of clearer messaging is taking place this week. Take just ONE problem you are seeking a solution for to your meditation time this week. Sit with that and be open to receive guidance from your Inner Master. The insights will come to you at times when you least expect it so be attentive.

February 1st Full Moon in Leo – expect Heart engagements to develop in your life story now where previously hesitations occurred. Trust your ideas, goals and dreams. You will now shift into fuller embodiment of your HEART centre and a tremendous sigh of relief at having dropped your tense guard around your upper chest and shoulders will be felt. Reflect on this at the beginning of the week: Do I hold fear? What is that fear? Am I hesitating to engage my power from within?

Over the week ahead, feel how a TRIAD of energy is ignited in your head that causes you to have a great deal of ENERGY across your FOREHEAD at your “inner eye” or psychic eye. It may suddenly feel warm or tingling, or often a bit of pressure. This week will bring you many positive visions and advanced ideas, inspirations and creative project sparks.

The completion of the forming TRIAD will also be felt in your TMJ region (Upper jaw), along the upper teeth, nose and even the back of the head). The throat centre is stirring. Talk about a manifestation centre awakening! But there is more to come on that! We will be discussing a great deal in the coming weeks the powers of manifestation and abundance as we get closer to the FIRE POWER shift February 17th, 2026.

During this week ahead, watch how your HEART centre seems to have a “MIND of its own” and starts pulling you forward towards the Divine Light engagement like a SUPER MAGNET. Have you ever walked a dog or led a horse that knows exactly where it wants to go and it just pulls “YOU” on the leash? Well your HEART is going to show you the way, therefore trusting your heart right now is essential.

Personal Mastership – isn’t that what each of us are heading towards? This advancement of consciousness on the part of our ego-personality finally listening, and allowing the Master within to show the way, is proving to be quite measurable in the weeks ahead. Journal about your ideas, inspirations and directives. Let the MIND flow onto paper.

What is one of the largest shifts coming up that you should have your RADAR on?

FEBRUARY 17th, 2026 – This shift has a unique tie to the New Moon in Aquarius, the Chinese New Year – Fire Horse year, and more potently, the RING OF FIRE – Annular Solar Eclipse. There is a LOT happening on that day sparking a very accelerated change in the way you THINK. These are MIND and HEART shifting events that you have to look forward to. Let’s “rein in our horses” for the moment though and focus on THIS WEEK. This week the ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS are coming in like lightning bolts – Zig-Zagging purposely. Typical AQUARIUS energy! Your greater HIGHER MIND is sending pulsations or waves to break up your very unnatural stuck ways of thinking. I will repeat that purposely:

Your HIGHER MIND is sending you brilliant insights and downloads to help you to get out of the stuck, repetitive loop of thinking that is so sluggish and tuned out. Anything that has been stuck that long needs a good blast of MIND power, right?

When you feel the effects of this as you sit quietly doing your deep breathing or meditation, be sure to notice how the energy is flowing in your head and down your cerebral-spinal column. These are vast waves of Divine Intelligence that are helping you to “snap out of the old”. Observe and make note of the new thought patterns, ideas and visions of inspiration that you are receiving. You will likely find that your thoughts bring you an expanded way of looking at life or perhaps a solution to a problem that you have been stumped with. GREAT ENERGY week!

The Cosmic will use the highest attributes of the Aquarius Constellation to foretell of shifts in the evolution of mankind. It will download the SEED thoughts into those awaiting MINDS of human beings that are prepared to pick up the concepts and apply them into life for the Greater Good of All involved. That is what makes this timeline so special. You will feel called to service and you will KNOW that the Universe truly did PLAN this for you, and with you.

Many leaders are going to emerge, many will be born and many will be waking up now to answer to their own HEART, MIND and SOUL. It is a very special time for us all and the more we turn our backs on the limitations of the past, the sooner we embrace the Truth of BEING right now in this moment. Together we are burning away of the “veils” of illusion and a world of illumination is within reach for us all.
