Weekly Spiritual Energy Shifts & Updates – February 8th to February 15th, 2026

When ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS come in like tidal waves and flush through your life, the impact can be nothing less than extraordinary! Have you been purging old stories, memories, cyclic patterns and addictive thoughts; literally watching your old self transform with growing intensity? Let’s reflect on all of this together….shall we?

These transformations you are going through are at times like watching yourself as a child learning to NOT touch a hot stove, over and over again until you get it right. Moral of the story? Don’t touch the hot stove!

We repeat and repeat and repeat, until finally what I have found that is happening for people with this paradigm shift, is that “we get it”. We are understanding that the old ways of living personally or professionally are never going to work in this new paradigm. Lesson learned? Don’t keep trusting the false narrative.

During the week ahead, especially after such a profound clearing last week, you will find CLARITY and SELF REALIZATIONS are quite distinct. The Truth, the level of consciousness that you wish to stay at, and the desire for good health on ALL levels is nothing short of incredible during these waves of awakening. The level of intensity continues to amp up and the intervals in between are getting shorter.

There seems to be an “urgency” according to the Cosmic guidance, that we take a good hard look at what is within you that is still trying to hang onto the past within your psyche, your mental framework and emotional sentiment of attachment. It’s within YOU. It is important that you recognize that it is equally within YOUR POWER to reject your old ways and knock it out of your life as well.

Upon recognizing and embodying this, you are going to be very, very happy to be guiding, leading and showing others the way they too, can grow beyond the old version of yourself falsely clinging to limitations. In business, for example, you are to HONOUR your newly found realizations and build out the VISION, the new concept you are tapping into from the level of Divine MIND. Just go ahead and build it out!

You see, the people that you are proposing to, and enlightening, with your new concepts of Higher MIND, literally “do not know” what you are now very aware of yourself. They are still stuck, and insistent often on keeping the old rules, roadmaps and models alive when in fact, they are lifeless. New concepts, the adherence to the template of the Spiritual realm of Creation and the new models that reflect a higher perspective of living life according to the ORDER of CREATION is the answer. It always has been that way but we have been so veiled off; so dense in our thinking to realize it as clearly as we now are, with much more still to come.

What’s wrong with “new” ?? People are often afraid of change, suspicious of going beyond the box. The higher consciousness, that those who are willing to explore are finding, is like a new treasure every day…every week in their lives. The “AHA” moments are only growing in occurrence.

What is the directive and message of intelligence from the COSMIC WAVE PATTERNS for the WEEK AHEAD?

• Be bold in your choices and trust your intuition.

• Do not let the old regime of false liberties or authority of others intimidate you anymore. Learn for yourself the TRUTH. Challenge anything that is not “ringing true” for your life.

• Stand firmly in your new beliefs that are rooted in Universal Laws. The only way your world is going to change is to strengthen the interface with the higher powers found within you.

• Recognize those around you that are hanging onto the old. They may be desperate and uncertain of themselves. Be kind, be patient and be understanding.

• Realize that this “psychic and physical” purging of old consciousness that has been stuck in your energy field and body memory, is just as happy to be healed and transformed as you are, IF you approach it as a MASTER. Remember YOU are the Master of the your own thoughts, reflections, emotions and body.

• Try to be patient with your healing process. It took lifetimes and lifetimes to become tilted, out of alignment and stubbornly glued to just a single LENS of viewing your material life erroneously. It is painful to realize and frustrating too, that you have spent so much time in a ZONE or ZONED out, of such a small perspective of true living. Be kind to yourself.

• Life beyond accumulation of material “things” and limitations of desire IS YOUR DESTINY…and this week you are going to be simplifying even more the messes you find yourself in. A life of ease, plentiful in so many different ways…beyond your expectations. Abundance of LIFE is lining up right now as we head towards the major shifts taking place FEBRUARY 17th to 20th, then Spring Equinox…and of course, the APRIL 2026.

• February shifts on the 17th and 20th are accentuated. Keep in mind, especially for those that are very sensitive to energy changes, that 3 days before…and 3 days after are just as important to stay alert for self realizations, messages and “AHA” moments. The old paradigm collapse is revealing to you the next steps on your path of life. It’s like a picture shattering and under the broken pieces the new images are revealed that have always been there…you are remembering your Divine PLAN.

• Make your Spiritual Practice your number one priority and know that with each shift, you are moving further and further away from isolation and closer to your own integrated Divinity.

• Intellectual pursuits alone will NOT get you to your destination. Absolutely stamp that into your thought patterns. You are to elevate the practice of right brain use and unlock those pathways. Right and Left…both sides…with a beautiful pattern of Divine Light extending from inside the head (pineal gland-pituitary-hypothalamus ) down and throughout the expressive network of your nerve and spinal system. Build it out.

In summary, this is a very good week to pay attention to the signs. Watch closely as you identify just where your own consciousness is at. What thought patterns are you transforming? Understand the differences of the way you think with the way the world around you is thinking and behaving. Elevate your Self Realizations and get comfortable with them even more.
