Weekly Spiritual Energy Shifts & Updates – February 15th to February 22nd, 2026

Hi Everyone!

Buckle Up! This week’s ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS will have you thinking about just how grounding it is to commit to your spiritual practice and your dedication to a life that is lived KNOWING the differences in human consciousness. When you SOLIDLY know where your own awareness of Self is at, where it has been to-date through self-analysis, and where it is going….then and only then….can you say that you are truly here on Earth as a living, awakening Soul. Let’s reflect on this together….shall we?

Our world is certainly made up of a mixed bag of human beings that are at varying degrees of self-awareness and consciousness….predominantly quite low relative to the numbers. The question then for you to reflect on during the week ahead is:

“Are you a LIVING SOUL or are you just ALIVE?”

A person who is ALIVE is eating, breathing, sleeping, working, going through a day of repetitious behaviour and social interaction that ultimately walks them through an expected PATTERN that is mundane at best…until retirement….until death. Oh, you can throw a few holidays in there, some love interests, children, opinions on the people in the news and the state of the world as well, if you like.

A person who walking on this Earth as a LIVING SOUL, has the regular life of “chopping wood and fetching water” as well…such are the daily chores of being a human that each of us in a physical body must undertake inclusively as social animals. HOWEVER, this person is also steadfast in their own connection to their SOUL. They are reflecting on their state of higher consciousness or lack thereof, and pursuing life of personal spiritual development, reflective consciousness and reengagement with their Soul purpose for life here on this Earth. The Living Soul examines their life pursuing Truth, meditates, reflects and questions deeply the meaning of their life and all life here on Earth and in the Cosmos.

How will your Self Realization, when chosen, shift given the HUGE Cosmic Forces at play this week?

Your SHIFT in consciousness and opportunity for your Soul PATH to guide you forward, into the turn towards greater Self Realization, Success, Abundance on all levels, better health and embodiment of Soul purpose is happening this week, due to the following planetary, stellar and Deep Cosmic forces of MIND and Divine Planning. • February 17th – New Moon in Aquarius – 7:01 am. ET – on Leo axis which continues to reveal underlying layers of broken programs and false belief systems – causing accelerated healing and commanding boundaries.

• February 17th – Annular Solar Eclipse reaches maximum 7:12 am. ET – RING of FIRE – in Aquarius (Uranus ruled) which sparks in you very innovative, future thinking, inspiring you with ideas and thinking “out of the box” likely modifying your plans and goals to embody new concepts.

• February 17th – Chinese New Year – begins with the Year of the FIRE HORSE – fast transformations and your Will Power is amped up – align this with Divine Will and Soul Purpose

• February 18th – 6:47 pm ET – Sun enters the Astrological sign of PISCES – compassion, love forgiveness – NEPTUNE ruled – Leadership in your Spiritual consciousness – priority

• February 18th – Ash Wednesday – Some of you may be interested in starting 40 days of contemplation for those who embody Christian religion – begins a period leading up to Easter of purification and Self reflection – Lent

• February 20th – SATURN-NEPTUNE conjunction in ARIES – Dreams (Neptune) and Soul Purpose are now meeting with Saturn’s Laws, Karmic debts, Destiny and STRUCTURE thus you can see how important it is for you to get it together and structure out your life and stay connected to your SOUL through practice.

As you can see, this is quite the week ahead!

We are now very deep into the 1st quarter of the cycle December 21st to March 20th, 2026, just 5 weeks away from EQUINOX. Place no hesitation upon picking up the Cosmic forces at play, and utilize them to your optimum levels. There is plenty of study, reflection and deep diving now in front of you regarding your own pursuit of Truth and Light, through Love within you.

The seriousness of this cycle is not to be lost by anyone. These types of inter-connected FORCES of Divine Intelligence do not come around in surplus nor do they often show up in this type of Cosmic Energy Wave Pattern.

You can see that you have your own homework to do regarding your need for healing the unhealed and fragmented aspects of your own body, psyche and mental – emotional state. You have illusions of limitation to face and challenges that are keeping you stuck in an old paradigm of repetition that are unwarranted. You have incredible energy support from the cosmic to snap into place a harmonization with the Higher forces mentioned above and you have access to the unlimited potential of personal abundance of Cosmic Consciousness.

PERSONAL INTUITION: As your ideas, dreams, insights, magical nodal crossings with others of like mind, self-realizations regarding the ending of old unhealthy habits, “AHA” moments, boundaries set and honouring of Self start to blast into your life this week through your own thoughts, mind and heart….PAY ATTENTION and TRUST yourself!

PERSONAL DEDICATION: Set aside a time each day that is ONLY for your spiritual practice. Stay connected and write down insights that come to you after. Journal or make notes for yourself. As these ideas and realizations of healing and insights set in, do not just set that aside and forget about it. Study them. You will be surprised at how just one little SEED thought can be unpacked into the Glories of the Universe of which you are a part.

PROFESSIONAL: Trust the AQUARIUS MIND and LOVE of this time cycle. TRUST the Path that has been Divinely planned for you. Put even MORE time and energy into the desires of your Highest MIND and HEART than you ever have. You likely started to lose faith last year and perhaps even felt like your dreams were never going to be fulfilled. Take a LOOK at your drawing board again. Do you need to make any modifications?

There is a lot going on right now in the ethers that are stirring across humanity right now. Your best placement is in building up that which is INSIDE of you. Build your Container so that the overflowing abundance to come can be held as your foundation in a strong way.
