Weekly Spiritual Energy Shifts & Updates – February 22nd to March 1st, 2026

Hi Everyone!

It is best that you stay in your “zone” this week. Why? We had enough powerful foundational shifting last week with the Eclipse, New Moon, and so on, to last us until the next wave hits… so EQUILIBRIUM is the best place to be. Let’s reflect on this together….shall we?

Did you feel tossed around last week as if you have been in a salad bowl? Emotional ups and downs?…or things going this way and that? All these changes last week were a “rough and tumble” approach by the COSMIC to push you vigorously out of your old ways. However, it is the environment around you that will not necessarily like the way you are changing. You are not going with the crowd, nor are you interested in talking about your decisions right now. You don’t need to explain yourself….but you do need to TRUST yourself.

Don’t resist the COSMIC GIFTS that are breaking down the old patterns in you. You had an old habit of bending a knee to them in the past, or found yourself quiet and unable to speak up. Not this time! Go with the new flow of COSMIC power. The more you harmonize with these waves and ride them….the better. Believe it or not…you will be very grateful for these ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS, even if you cannot see that clearly, at the moment.

Harmonizing with these ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS does not mean that you just “hope the craziness” goes away though….not at all. Harmonizing means that you are to find necessary corrections and touch points to engage these incredible opportunities that cross your path this week and into the future, harnessing the situation….. and asking the deeper questions. “What am I to learn? Which choice ensures there is benefit for all involved? How does this experience or choice impact upon my plan of action for 1 year, 2 years, 5 or a lifetime?” You don’t need to actually MAKE a specific choice this week if you feel you need more time, but you certainly do need to SHOW UP in your heart. Be ready.

The HEART centre is the MAIN CARD this week because it is your barometer to Truth, Light and Love. It is the centre that is going to tell you whether or not something “feels” in alignment with the Divine or whether it is another sloppy, “let’s see what happens” move. Don’t let things go south on you.

The Heart Centre is a radiant centre. The ROSE of the heart depicts a blossoming expression that you wish to feel expansive in. The upward positioning of the rose is letting you know that your growth requires a strong foundation of Truth, Light and Love BELOW your feet (Pisces) and TRUST in that which is above your head at the Soul STAR. Let’s look at that more closely.

• FOUNDATION – your security is starting to take shape in your life (PISCES feet)…..meaning the ground beneath your feet is moving you into a new expression very soon! Expect financial and health systems to take a turn towards a stronger manifestation in the 2nd quarter of 2026 due to all the unusual shifts that are taking place now. What you STAND on ultimately…..should be the reflection of the STAR (Soul) consciousness of what is going on in your MIND and in alignment with Divine WILL.

• Vision: Hold a rewarding, healthy GROUND visualization that reflects underfoot the Truth that is found in your SOUL. You may have plans stirring inside you to make some very major changes to your foundation and this has been composed by the Divine Hand already….awaiting your orchestration.

• The first 2 points written above are a huge insightful HINT for you from your SOUL as to what you should be thinking about for the 2nd cycle…the SPRING quarter...(March 20th to June 21st, 2026)

• The Heart CENTRE will be sure to keep you steady upon your feet when you USE DISCERNMENT in all of your business and personal affairs. No allowing the “wool to be pulled over your eyes” this week. Stay calm. Check things out from an objective, arms’ length perspective and let your intuitive heart guide you. The plans may be STIRRING..but that doesn’t mean you are JUMPING. Steady and stable in the heart centre…okay?

• Your MIND and WILL through your Soul Star should be sought out for Inner peace. Withdraw to your EQUILIBRIUM and examine carefully your options. Retreat into your own sacred space; sanctum to reflect. Practical application.

• The CREATIVE WILL of your Soul will be nudging and ushering you towards your personal signature unique to you. You will feel an alignment in your heart….or NOT. If harmonization is not there….then you will feel it. That is your CUE. Speak up and hold your position in your CENTRE.

I think that by keeping open-minded, a pen and paper handy to write down your observations, and by acknowledging your inspirations, you will do well in navigating the week ahead. Make a promise to yourself that the HEART is your greatest friend!
