Weekly Spiritual Energy Shifts & Updates – August 9th to August 16th, 2026

Hi Everyone!

Well….the Leo the LION and LIONESS does it again! This Constellation, the New Moon and the upcoming Full Solar eclipse on Wednesday, August 12th, 2026 are working together to influence your Heart Centre, your inherent protective nature over your children and family (Leo style) and your visions from the Divine that are “calling” you into service. Whew! Let’s reflect on all of this together….shall we?

This is not your first rodeo…so some of you may know what’s coming. Our human family is passing through one of the most profound opportunities and cycles for spiritual transition and shift in human consciousness that this planet has seen in some time now. Your heart and Soul is telling you that you must practice due diligence in a very hands on, practical way….AND….you must align with the COSMIC ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS that are entering our life here on earth from deep space.

Fascinating that we are living in these times! We just started a series of Leo Constellation – Sun – Planet alignments that are coming in as waves, with this week as no exception to the unfoldment. The Solar Eclipse occurring during Leo (attributes of which include in Leo: heart based desires, morals, virtues, good ethical practices, service for humanity, self love and looking after family) will be prompting you to set your MIND focused very intently on your role in life and to tune out more nonsense. YOU don’t have time for anything other than the finding and securing of your Cosmic mission in life.

The more you focus on your spiritual practices and raise your vibration, the more your bio-field will increase in strength, power and light….which will blossom out into a huge protective field that will envelop your family and loved ones. This is important.

Those who are dropping into further darkness with the lower vibrational activities of life, are losing their ability to stay grounded and balanced. Don’t let that be you. The temptations are real, so don’t let these enticements “hook you in”. They can be very tricky and disguised as glistening material baubles that in fact, instead, tighten the handcuffs on your creative freedom of heart, mind and Soul.

The Universal Divine ONE has given you all that you need….no newly found trinket will suddenly make you more spiritually healthy or wealthy. It is all here for us within awaiting the moment of your Self-realization.

Teaching left to us through the annals of old….or those whispered to the student’s ear from the Masters…have survived over time as we currently know linear time. Listen with your HEART intuitively and pay attention during your Solar Bath meditations…and trust.

What we are running up against in the world is that distinct division between those that are sliding into mental instability by ignoring the cycle we are in…. and those that are embracing the higher gifts of this change of the Age into Higher consciousness. With the accelerated inflow of higher frequencies from the sublime realms of the Divine, we ALL can live healthier, more prosperous lives. Let this be you!

The week ahead is further showing us this distinct division of global consciousness as we witness the nation’s leaders utter warring words, see global economies collapsing and changing, or see the rifts in medical treatment approaches being discussed throughout the masses. We are undergoing some serious changes and those who choose to RISE UP in consciousness with an open mind and open heart will not miss all the wonderful benefits that will come with their spiritual awakening.

This week as the New Moon in Leo engages us and the Solar Eclipse occurs…all under the time cycle of LEO, we can expect:

• Breakthroughs in your heart centre. Feel this connection to the pineal gland in the centre of your brain AND the increased activity at your forehead (your inner eye vision centre). These centres are highlighted this week as you will feel the vibrational changes.

• Increased activity of your SKETCHING out of plans, ideas, structures and frameworks. Get at it. Let it flow and start looking at the PLANE below. That means the HOW you bring this into materialization must be anchored into place, at least in part.

• Your witness to your family and loved ones. They are not necessarily doing very well with this energy shift. Why? They don’t understand it perhaps the way you do. Help them to understand and encourage them to let go of the old ways that are not working for them. If it is not in alignment, then let it go.

• HUGE increases in your Bio-field (Aura) that will hold the Higher Light consciousness especially as it relates to your bones and blood, spinal column and heart flow. Make this timeline count. Purify the body and the blood stream with how you eat, what you eat, ingest, absorb, and do your purification meditations. Clean up the physical and psychic body.

• Sea salt baths are great ways to clean up the psychic body – 20 minute soak…that’s all. Rinse, don’t forget the back and top of your head. Lean back a bit or splash. Whatever works for you. So much psychic garbage out there being passed around and you don’t need to absorb everyone’s problems and emotions.

• Building of your AURA boundaries. Do this one please. Nature will help you a lot with this, so will deep breathing practices, grounding and visualization of yourself inside an oval ring of White Light with another ring of Blue Light inside of it. Build your bio-field. Raise your spiritual consciousness as the ENERGY BEING that you are.

• HEART Centre – SUN and LEO – Both of these influences are boosting your ability to get the blocks out of the heart and focus on your well intentioned finding of your meaning in life. So many old programs of limitation that are to be purged out and the Solar Eclipse will be blasting through several of them this week. Yay! All it takes is for YOU to set your intentions on resolving the entanglement you have with these old programs and to ask the reflective questions. The Divine will guide you.

Prayers, Meditations, Invocations and the use of your VOICE. Let’s go! We are moving very quickly now as the linear time, old program of living is going into tatters; dissipating and evolving into a more blended MIND connection with the Divine. Your old fallen state of mental programming is being transitioned into a much more broader scope of dimensional reality.
