If you are truly ready when you say, “Yes, I Want Change”….then you must equally be ready to step up and let go of the old habits. LET THEM GO. You know you can see yourself everyday going around and around with them. Time to heal these broken fragments and reintegrate the energy that is untethered. You must be willing to show up, no time for avoiding and running from the responsibilities that this next cycle will be asking of you. The benefits far outweigh the amount of effort you will be putting in.
