Weekly Spiritual Energy Shifts & Updates – October 11th to October 18th, 2026

Hi Everyone!

I’m being reminded to share with you this day, that which I hope will be beneficial for you right now, to move yourself into the still point every day, during the height of this Libra Constellation influence during this October time cycle and post-New Moon (of October 10th). Many of you do this already. There’s an unusually sweet presence of your Soul that is “dazzling and beckoning” you to sit for a moment and reflect on what has been happening to you over the last week, the last year and your entire life. Pretty profound, right? Let’s reflect on this sacred time together….shall we?

Today is Sunday…and like most Sundays for many people, it is considered a day where you can take time to just be still and enjoy the sacredness of life. Today in particular, and in the ensuing days, I would like you to please pay special attention to the region in your upper back between your shoulder blades which is called the “back of the Heart Centre”. See if you can take a moment to connect with this massive Nexus point where so many lines of energy forces cross in your physical and subtle bodies.

Can you imagine that this centre has some of the toughest “veils of illusion” surrounding it to break that keep you from fully entering into the profound essence of your Spiritual nature? Why are they so tough to break? Why would I be kept from entering the heart of my true Soul?

You are not being kept out by the Divine in you….you are being kept out by the misaligned fragmented parts of you. You are blocked by those rejected, thought form aspects of you that are still in disbelief of your incredibly beautiful Soul nature, your power, your skills, your gifts, your love, mind and will. That is what is blocking you out of your full inheritance.

This week you are going to really FEEL that centre at the back of your heart and it’s going to be whispering, and sometimes shouting, at you to pay attention. Pay attention to the way you think, speak and act. Pay attention to your false belief system that you have been programmed to believe about yourself, and most importantly, pay attention to the way your body talks to you.

(One extreme of the pendulum): Are you feeling stiffness, pain, sore neck, tightness in the chest, uneven shoulder/arm movement, adrenal exhaustion, un-grounded, sad for some unknown reason, zoned out, frozen, anxiety and panic…just to name a few…then your HEART centre and the power at the back of that heart centre is talking to you. This needs to change and is going to start right now.

(Other extreme of the pendulum): Are you feeling frustrated, angry, fed up, questioning the whole spiritual journey, wondering when the Universe is going to shift your life, determined but hesitant because you have been tricked by life before, running forward blindly, saying “whatever”, or maybe aggressive with trepidation? Then this is also the HEART centre and the power at the back of that heart centre that is blocked and needs to change right now.

The CENTRE point of your chest; your HEART centre both front and back, is a very important MEETING POINT of the major 3 streams of your SOUL. This week its benevolent nature is waiting for your silent presence. It is waiting for you to just sit down and be quiet and stop with all your noise and monkey chatter from your over-driven intellect.

Feel the SIZE of this centre relative to the others. It takes up your entire upper body! This centre is a pivotal centre that, when you sit inside your heart in conscious reflection or meditation, allowing your Divine Love to connect, there is nothing on this planet that cannot feel your magnetism.

This CENTRE is called the meeting place of the Christ Consciousness and the “God of your Heart” for a reason. It emanates a power that attracts LIFE itself to you. It literally calls in pure life intelligence of Nature here on Earth, children, loving souls, Angelic Ones, Guardians of the kingdoms of the waters, the oceans, the forests, the skies, and so many more beautiful Energy beings. With this in mind, why would you want to keep in place the VEILS of ILLUSION?

The struggling story on the challenge to lift UP into your heart centre is not new to humanity….oh not at all. The battle to get into your heart and the outrageous interferences that try to keep you out of it and distracted, are increasing “out there”. We are constantly bombarded by headless authority, propaganda, ridiculous physical achievement standards that cause our body unnecessary cuts and contusions, demands that are overwhelming, material standards that are beyond healthy essentials, and the list goes on.

LOVING ONESELF and knowing of one’s own inherent Divine nature intellectually is one thing….trying to embody and implement it is another….and that’s where this week’s ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS comes in!

This is not just about LIBRA and the fulcrum of the scales of balance. It is much bigger than that and it comes with a building up of your own power from within. If that CENTRE at your back is bothering you or your upper body is tight and sore….then you are to look very, very closely at where you are out of alignment with the WILL of the Divine Plan; the Will of your SOUL.

Adjusting, modifying your thought patterns and ultimately surrendering to your Soul, means that you first need to connect with it. You need to take advantage of the ENERGY SHIFT we are in and be still, be quiet and listen within.

The window of this Libra cycle took a huge turn on October 7th…just before the New Moon….and brought to the forefront of your mind an awareness of where you are the most frustrated and out of alignment, as well as some PURPOSEFUL enlightening moments of Self-Realization. It also nudged or pushed you to start making CHOICES. The energy kicked into GEAR and is inclusive of the Will of the Soul. You are in quite a DECISION time of your life right now and it is not to be missed or left aside!

You will choose to either go UP into your heart and beyond…or you will choose to stay in the mire of the discordance of the negative, lower vibrations that are constantly bombarding you and causing overwhelm. Pretty easy choice right? But how? How do you move into proper alignment?

Start in the CENTRE of this still point time during LIBRA this day; this week. Get the FIRES of Aries (opposite Libra) ignited inside of you through the spark that is created during this alignment to your Soul. ARIES represents the WILL of your SOUL.

You will feel the power RISE inside of you that takes you up into the TRUTH and LIGHT of your own heart. KNOW that you are not alone, you are not afraid, and you are certainly not going to continue being suppressed by outside interference anymore.

This week we are being given the opportunity to dissipate at least one, and perhaps many veils at the back of the HEART centre. This means you are to really TRUST your inner nature. Trust your intuition and start to build out your life journey in a way that refuses to buy into the distractions and illusions.

It’s so appalling that there are forces in play, that literally begin to indoctrinate the minds and hearts of people when they are so young…just when the Soul is looking out into the massive landscape of life here on Earth ready to live it. It doesn’t stop there either. It continues throughout your life until you wake up and say NO MORE. That is what we are doing right now on this planet. Waking up to the realization that the WILL of our own SOUL is pushing on us now at the back of our HEARTS and is ready to welcome you at any given moment, when you are ready to say “YES” . This is truly a Godsend.

Let’s be inspired….and Let’s inspire our youth….the next generation.

Great week ahead everyone! It’s a perfect time to just go and take a walk out in nature and get quiet. Sit quietly and realize that the “wool is NOT pulled over your eyes.” Realize that you have the power to say YES to the Divine Light and Love within you. It’s your right and your choice to make.
