Weekly Spiritual Energy Shifts & Updates – August 30th to September 6th, 2026

Hello everyone,

Last week, tragically we lost many of our Brothers and Sisters from around the globe who were either living or travelling in the region near the Nepal-Tibet border. Our hearts go out with prayers for those who lost their lives and those who are left behind having lost their loved ones. The catastrophe has caused each of us to pause and reflect on the underlying causes of such geophysical changes to our planet and therein arises many questions of what we are to learn from this. Let’s reflect on this together…shall we?

Scientists are still pursuing evidence to clearly define the event’s cause both from the glacier releasing itself from its position and the actual mountain bedrock that they now believe may have shifted itself first. We will all have to wait until they have concluded their studies with this.

When we look at the event through the lens of the bigger picture of the Earth undergoing both natural and manmade environmental changes, we need to study the movement of humanity’s CONSCIOUSNESS through the cycles of Creation and the Divinely programmed AGES that we are now in. The Earth is moving along its natural orbital path within the transiting Solar System’s orbit, and humanity is moving along with it as inhabitants and travellers upon it. We are here to ensure harmonization with the highest potential of the influential incoming Ages and to alert ourselves to the opportunities that are presented to us during our lives.

For as long as we can remember, the analogy of one’s Spiritual Path taking us “UP the MOUNTAIN” in ascending consciousness towards the reintegration of the Divine at the point above the PEAK is certainly something that is vivid in my mind. What shapes our lives and what do we encounter upon the path?

Our Spiritual Journey up the mountain must pass through many obstacles and blockages along the way and the path-work is very challenging for us all. However, the Sacred Divine reintegration destination is one that, once started, is forever on our mind and woven into our mission in life.

“Behind the Ancient Sacred Mountain is the Divine One” and each of you are on a pilgrimage of your own, unique to yourselves. We are facing our own energy blocks and overcoming them through a dedication to our Path of living each and everyday.

We cannot always understand nor explain the type of event that recently occurred, but we certainly are moved by it and many questions arise. Those beautiful human beings that lost their lives, may they not have died in vain, but instead stir an awakening in humanity prompting an even deeper respect for the relationship we have to the sacredness of life, the search for Truth and the powerful earth beneath our feet. There are so many accelerated changes occurring right now throughout humanity that we must settle into a proper alignment and pursue our Mastership to inner power nor more than ever.

Let’s now move to this week’s Spiritual Forecast. The ENERGY WAVE PATTERNS that are influencing each and every one of us are actually pushing on your Intellectual body that anchors in the LIVER, impacting the digestive system, that has a habit of trying to dominate your life and can be very deceiving in the process. We were taught to depend on it exclusively in some instances, thus prioritizing only one-half of the brain/Mind capability, dismissing the power of the right brain/Soul connection as being subservient rather than the other way around.

Your intellect will lock you down into the more material pursuits of life, racing to “have this and that” and to find security in the process through financial wealth and stockpiling “things”. Instead of busting your way along with your intellect, it is time this week to honour your reflective, intuitive and spiritual nature to guide you more deeply than before. Why?

The physical, financial base is certainly important but look at what is DRIVING your soul mission in life. Look BEHIND the mountain. Look BEHND the glacier blocks and obstacles of lower poverty consciousness and look BEHIND the veils of illusion that your intellect can’t see. Your passage of developmental consciousness is what will free you from the trappings of the material world.

This week you need to begin coming to terms with this and shift your energy more towards your Spiritual practice, healing, identifying the blocks and the illusions. Tend to your own “garden” …yes…..but use your higher senses to smell the fragrances of the more subtle realms of your Divinity.

Just like Mother Earth is shifting and changing her geophysical body, so too are you. Your body has become so stuck in a rigid patterns from recurring movements, emotional trauma and limited beliefs, that you get trapped in it. Freedom of movement and expansion of this is necessary to move your position on the Spiritual Path of the Mountain. Deep Breathing, for example, will shift the thoracic cavity and cause further expansion of the physical strength and its longer term endurance….while being flexible to that which is being downloaded from the Spiritual realms shifting your consciousness. Remember it is your CONSCIOUSNESS that is moving you through the AGES.

The BLOCKS are certainly old, frozen and stuck upon your paths within you, and it is only through “Path Working” that you unlock them and seize the day. You will need to relate to your physical body more, and see the 2 worlds of Spirit and Matter blending and working together.

Your body needs to go through “release” techniques to free up the constrictive positions it has taken due to sedentary lifestyles, sitting watching computer screens, television, or bent over at the neck viewing your phone and screens.

If you are stiff, and unaware of what your body’s health is, then it is time to get moving on building up your relationship to it. This is a consciousness relationship; not just a physical one.

We are entering the 21 day cycle of preparation for Equinox this week that is occurring on Tuesday, September 22nd at 8:05 p.m EDT, giving you a window of focus that you should take advantage of, that begins to liberate you from a “fixed” Earth physical position of your spine axis.

Apply intention of pursuing the frozen blocks upon your paths, with a personal shift in your goal of transcending your old fears and disillusionments, overcoming the limitations of the intellect and altering your headway into greater Soul alignment above the peak of the Mountain.
